Bright apartment with great view and good location

The view, the location right on the beach, and that the apartment doesn’t have the usual “tunnel view” with only windows at one end. Here, you have an awesome view at two sides -Montgomery AND the ocean Fix the knobs on the stove and get a better quality kettle, but these are definitely minor issues. We stayed here for 5 weeks and enjoyed every day, including the fact that we experienced a record rainy March

La ubicación y el ambiente de la urbanización , muy familiar . La luz de la terraza no funcionaba , tampoco la del cuarto principal . La cafetera de cápsulas estaba estropeada . 2 fuegos de la cocina no funcionan . Hemos escrito y llamado a Anacasa para informarles, pero lamentablemente no se han ocupado de estos aspectos durante nuestra estancia .

Super Lage, Wohnung leider etwas schmutzig aber sehr gute Kommunikation

Wir konnten diese Wohnung sehr kurzfristig buchen, 1 Tag vorher. Sie ist wie beschrieben direkt am Strand, check in ging über einen Schlüsselkasten problemlos. Leider war die Wohnung viel kleiner, als sie auf den Fotos wirkte. In der Küche kann nur eine Person stehen. Das Bad war schon sehr abgenutztz, es fehlen Fliesen. Für Kinder unter 4 ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet, da die Treppe oben gar kein Geländer hat, ein Babybett passt in kein SZ- hier hätte ich mir einen Hinweis von Seiten des Gastgebers gewünscht, das wäre sehr fsir gewesen. Die Wohnung war leider auch verschmutzt da kann an der Kurzfristigkeit gelegen haben aber es waren auch in der unteren Etage überall Ameisen.... Die y Gläser waren ebenfalls dreckig, ein Geschirrspüler gibt es nicht und das war der Grund, warum ich direkt Kontakt aufgenommen habe, dass ich meinen Familienurlaub hier nicht verbringen will. Die kleine Wohnung ist nicht billig, da kann man Sauberkeit verlangen!! Der Vermieter war so fair, dass wir gegen durften und hat uns das Geld erstattet! Die Kommunikation war immer gut! Ich empfehle diese Wohnung maximal für ein Pärchen.

Estimada Beatrice, El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotografías. Para su información hemos cambiado el suelo del baño ya que estaba dañado por la reparación de una fuga de agua y hemos instalado un lavavajillas nuevo para su comodidad. El apartamento es perfectamente apto para cuatro personas, siempre teniendo en cuenta que hay un dormitorio con una litera y otro con una cama de matrimonio, un saludo.

El apartamento está un poco viejo y se echa en falta el lavavajillas . La parte de arriba es muy cómoda y las habitaciones bonitas . Falta una lámpara o velas para la terraza xq es muy oscura la luz q hay es muy poca. Pero en general estuvimos muy contentos. La playa está a 2 pasos y muy tranquila sin gente eso es un súper plus . Lavavajillas!!!! Indispensable !!!! Y más luz o lamparitas o velas para la terraza . Nos faltó info de donde tirar la basura al hacer check out nos costó encontrarlo .

La proximidad a la playa y la terraza con vistas. Hemos disfrutado mucho ambas cosas. Por otra parte, el centro de Denia no está muy lejos. Sugerencia: la TV es muy mejorable, una HD-Ready ya se queda muy obsoleta. Una TV decente Full-HD de 32 pulgadas sale por muy poco.

Apartamento coqueto, con todo lo necesario. Tiene una amplia terraza con vistas al mar. La ubicación está bastante bien, en una zona muy tranquila. Hemos echado de menos una percha a la entrada detrás de la puerta.
