Spectacular private Villa just 10 minutes from Malaga Airport and 10 minutes from the golf courses and the beach of Torremolinos, in one of the best areas of Alhaurín de la Torre, very well connected by highway. It has a barbecue and heated saline pool, private parking for six vehicles, air conditioning, free WIFI, Netflix, garden areas and fruit trees area, outdoor porch and inside bar area with bar, refrigerators, music and everything you need to Spend an unforgettable vacation. Enjoy unforgettable views of the Guadalhorce Valley and the tranquility of the absence of noise. The plot is closed and has 1700 square meters.

Accommodation
It is a Villa of 400 m2 equipped with everything you need to spend some relaxing family days. It consists of main house on two floors with three bedrooms (six people), a bathroom and a toilet, large living room, office area, large kitchen, terrace, and entertainment area for parties. It also has an apartment with independent entrance on the ground floor with two bedrooms and capacity for four-six people, kitchen, bathroom and a large living room with two sofas. An extra bed can be put on request. Parking for six vehicles inside the property. Services and common areas:
Guests can access the entire house, as well as the garden, pool and barbecue areas. A pool towel, a shower towel and a hand towel per person are delivered. Change of sheets and towels every week for stays longer than ten days. Heating and air conditioning in the house included in the price. There are two high chairs and two travel cots, free. The heated pool is optional and is not included in the room price.
Guests staying in family groups can celebrate their birthday parties, Christmas, etc. with the staff declared in the reservation. The assistance of other guests is not allowed without the authorization of the host.

We are available to our guests for any questions or issues that may arise, although we do not live in the house.

Family holiday

We all had a wonderful time lying by the pool enjoying a dip now and again ,grandchildren loved the pool and we in it constantly and the size of the house perfect with lots of rooms for family to move around and have quiet time if needed The location was perfect as we had rented cars and explored a little of the area .supermarkets very close .we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday there completely stress free

Home from home

A fabulous villa with everything you could need for a perfect large group or family holiday. Wonderful heated pool with plenty of space to lounge. A very peaceful location with great views and only a short walk from amenities, including a Mercadona supermarket and a late night ice-cream parlour! Málaga, Torremolinos and beyond easily accessible by frequent public transport only a few minutes walk, and only ten minutes from the airport. The host and property manager were very pleasant with excellent communication and could not have been more helpful. We will be back!

Ideal for family groups

We have just spent a perfect 3 weeks in this property. Fermin was the ideal host going over and above in providing some excellent restaurant recommendations in Alhaurín. The location itself is in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance, or very short drive, of shops and some lovely restaurants and bars. The villa is ideal for a family group (we were 7) with the pool area an absolute highlight. Equally the terrace afforded some stunning views across the Guadalhorce valley and surrounding hills - at all times of the day but especially sunset. You are also ideally placed to explore Malaga or the coast. Highly recommended.

Excellent property for families

Lovely well kept property, ideal for families in a fabulous location. Very spacious. We stayed as a family ranging from 6 years old to 71 years old and enjoyed every minute. The swimming pool was a favourite for us all. The host was very helpful from the time we booked until the time we checked out. Upon arrival we were greeted by lovely Lola who showed us round the house and was also very helpful during our stay. The host had provided a few essential provisions which was very much appreciated. The property was well secured so didn’t have to worry about the children wandering out. Would definitely recommend this property.

9 Freunde machen Urlaub mit Motorrad

Wir waren 9 Personen im Ferienhaus. Alle sind bis heute noch begeistert von der schönen Lage und der Aussicht. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die ganze Anlage samt Pool ein Traum. Die Bikes waren in der Anlage gut gesichert.. das war für uns sehr wichtig! Der Gastgeber Fermin sowie Lola sind sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit...Da kann ich nur Danke sagen für die schönen Tage.Ihr könnt sicher sein wir kommen wieder.

Une maison parfaite pour les rassemblements familiaux!

A wonderful Villa

We were a family of 8 staying in Fermins villa. It is a beautiful house with a lovely pool and gardens with fruit trees. Fermin was always on hand to help with any queries we had. We all had a lovely holiday especially the children who spent ever day in the pool. Would definitely recommend this villa. Thanks Fermin.

A wonderfully spacious villa with an amazing pool and views.

Fermin is a great host who did everything to make our stay perfect, he was contactable before and during our stay and happy to assist with queries we had on the local area and transport. The little touches such as milk, wine, tea, coffee, etc being provided made for a stress free late arrival and first morning! The location is great for the airport, local shops and larger towns. The villa is wonderfully spacious, all the amenities listed including all linen and towels, making it perfect for our large group away for a long weekend; add in an equipped BBQ and an amazing pool, we didn’t want to leave! Thanks Fermin!

Very spacious, lots of different areas to sit in wether you like shade or sun, fabulous pool area

Myself and 8 friends enjoyed a great 5 day stay at the villa. It has amazing spacious bedrooms with great facilities including washing, cooking and a bbq. Fermin and Isobel provide everything you could need including towels and bedding and are easily contactable if you have any queries during your stay. There is a great regular bus service to the nearby town which was very quaint and it is a short taxi ride to the centre of Malaga. The bar area is great for eating and drinking and dancing. A secluded get away from everyday life with stunning views of the mountains. Would definitely recommend we had a great stay and would come back if we visit Malaga again. Thank you

Fantastisk sted at holde ferie. Vi boede 9 voksne og 3 børn i huset i en uge, alt fungerede perfekt. Lækkert hus, skøn baghave med diverse frugttræer man kan plukke frugt fra, lækker stor overdækket terrasse, et fantastisk dejligt pool område. Værten var super imødekommende og nem at komme i kontakt med før, under og efter opholdet, han gjorde hvad han kunne for at imødekomme vores spørgsmål og ønsker. Vil klart anbefale huset.

What can I say, everything was catered for. Fermin is a excellent host caters for your every need

Too much to say, main essentials milk, wine, fresh fruit, bread etc was there on arrival. The villa is exceptional,the host is a great man. Pool area is great and you probably won't get a better one. Golf courses everywhere, bars, restaurants not too far away. This villa is great for families, it's secure. Anything you need fermin is a phone call away. Do not miss out on this villa it's 5 🌟
