Village Des Pins is beautiful, park like setting complex with lakes and mature pine trees, located just minutes from well known, white sand Siesta Key Beach - voted the best beach in USA. This community features oversized heated Pool, Jacuzzi, 2 lighted Tennis courts, Shuffle board, Putting green and Picnic area with Grills plus Club house with Pool table, full size kitchen and Party room.
Our villa is conveniently located just a few steps from the Pool. It is spacious, very clean, light and bright with vaulted ceilings, great closet space and Washer and Dryer inside the unit.
It is comfortably turn-key furnished and we provide our guests with free TV Cable, and Wi-Fi Internet.
Westfield shopping mall with 140 stores, restaurants, Movie complex and the famous Legacy Trail (walking, jogging, biking or rollerblading) is just around the corner.
There are over 30 Championship Golf Courses in Sarasota! Arts and Cultural attractions: Ringling Museum of Art, Sarasota Opera House, and Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, galleries in downtown, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens.
Visit Myakka State Park where you can rent bikes or canoes or just go hiking or drive to Orlando (2 hour drive)to visit Disney.
A 30 minute drive to Ellenton's Prime Outlet mall with 130 designer outlet stores e.g. (Coach, Jones New York, Liz Claiborne Calvin Klein).

The overall experience was not great between the full time resident's attempting to enforce rules on guest but not follow them themselves. The buggest issue was with the house. We constantly had to get rid of roaches and baby lizards. They only attemlted to fix the issue on the day before we left half by placing traps outside and attempting to replace a wheather strip that had completely fell off before we got back from the beach.

Spring Break

Condo was perfect for what we were looking for. Even the week of Easter was quiet, and there was always room at the pool. Location was awesome, beach was 10 minutes in traffic, and plenty of restaurants were a short drive away.

Property was nice and clean. Had all the amenities we needed. Jus recommend reviewing safety items such as age of smoke detectors and anti tip brackets for dressers. We loved the nice fluffy towels and extra beach toys!
