The overall experience was not great between the full time resident's attempting to enforce rules on guest but not follow them themselves. The buggest issue was with the house. We constantly had to get rid of roaches and baby lizards. They only attemlted to fix the issue on the day before we left half by placing traps outside and attempting to replace a wheather strip that had completely fell off before we got back from the beach.

Great location- close to Siesta Key beach, restaurants, and shopping. Villa was clean and nice for a long term stay. Pool was lovely when heated. Monika was responsive to our needs.

Spring Break

Condo was perfect for what we were looking for. Even the week of Easter was quiet, and there was always room at the pool. Location was awesome, beach was 10 minutes in traffic, and plenty of restaurants were a short drive away.

Great central location for exploring the area

Property was nice and clean. Had all the amenities we needed. Jus recommend reviewing safety items such as age of smoke detectors and anti tip brackets for dressers. We loved the nice fluffy towels and extra beach toys!

Beautiful location! Spacious condo in an absolutely beautiful location.

It is a 10 minute drive to beach but it is really easy to get anywhere from this condo. Best of all Monika was a pleasure to work with.
