It is the ideal flat for an holiday in Venice for a family or for one or two couples. The kitchen, perfectly equipped, suits the great Italian gastronomical tradition. Super lage, nur 2 Schritte weg vom Markusplatz.

Geniale Lage, schöne Wohnung. Nur wer viel Wert auf eine schöne Aussicht legt, wird nicht zufrieden sein. Alle Anderen schon!

Heart of San Marco

Truly fantastic location just steps away from Piazza San Marco. Very helpful management that patiently explained some of Venice's peculiarities to us (what do you mean I can't take a taxi from the airport to the lodging - oh... that canal thing, right!).

Excelente ubicación. Anfitrión ausente. Falta de servicio en las instalaciones y respuesta nula.

Departamento amplio y muy buen ubicado a pasos de plaza San Marco. Anfitrión ausente que evidentemente no comprende el concepto de “anfitrión”. No funcionó el wifi (hoy es fundamental para viajeros). El 2do día nos dieron otra clave con la que solo de madrugada se podía conectar solo un dispositivo a muy baja velocidad. TV nunca encendió. Caja de seguridad cerrada y sin código. Bañera con duchador sin soporte (hay que sentarse para bañarse). No funciono el aire acondicionado. Cama matrimonial muy dura (en exceso dura) Sofá cama incomodo (solo para niños pequeños) Todo tendría solución si alguien respondiera y se acercara al departamento. Es importante siempre la ayuda y buena predisposición para resolver problemas. En síntesis; ser buen anfitrión. Leyendo reseñas anteriores hay problemas que son recurrentes y que evidentemente no tienen interés en corregir. Venecia es maravilloso e imperdible 100 %.

Very satisfactory.

Superb location, clean, quiet, well furnished with the basics. What's not to like? One comment: the owners might make a modest investment in a shower curtain, curtain rod and and fixed shower head. For the unathletic occupants (not an inconsiderable number of potential guests), climbing the narrow Jacuzzi bath tub is a challenge too far. A nice touch might be to leave behind a small amount of sugar (packets), salt and pepper.
