Located in a strategic position, you can easily reach the Rialto Market and the Rialto Bridge (1 minute), St Mark’s Square (7 minutes), the imposing Basilica dei Frari (12 minutes) and the luxurious Fondaco dei Tedeschi mall (2 minutes). Going down the street you are immersed in the area nicknamed "Erbaria", which once housed part of the Rialto Market with the sale of herbs and spices, now a meeting place for many Venetians especially during the weekend thanks to the many bars and taverns.
Let yourself be carried away by the typical flavors of Venice in a culinary journey to the many restaurants around the area of the building, if you prefer a quieter evening, instead, in the intimacy of the house you will find a supermarket just 300m away.
Piazzale Roma and Santa Lucia train station can be reached on foot in about 15-20 minutes, but for greater convenience you will find the Rialto Mercato
and Rialto vaporetto stop, respectively 100 and 200 meters.
