About this property

Fully furnished apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one bathroom en-suite. Kitchen with fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, extractor and induction cooking plate. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, ironing board/ironer, baby bed and all kinds of kitchen utensils , living room with Smart TV Spanish and satelite Dutch TV (Canal Digitaal). Air conditioning system (cold/warm). Two terraces (one south facing) with view over the swimming pools. Private covered parking.

Urbanization with beautiful decorations, nice gardens with a river that runs through, excellent location, modern and comfortable, suitable for family vacations. The kids will make friends quickly. The urbanization has two outdoor swimming pools, one with a small pool for small children and babies. There are three tennis/ paddle courts. Private covered parking.

In July and August minimum stay 1 week. Dates Villaricos festival minimum two weeks. Those of the festival for a couple of nights please DO NOT contact us.
