A two-bedroom apartment with a Classical French feel, located in the chic Left Bank district of Paris steps away from the Jardin du Luxembourg park.

LIVING/DINING
The living room is divided into a seating and dining area. It is bright due to the large windows and tall ceilings. There is an ornate fireplace and classical French-style furniture and wooden parquet flooring. There is a sofa as well as a sleeper couch (double 140cm), a glass coffee table and some occasional arm chairs with a footstool to match. The round wooden dining table is by the ornate fireplace and comfortably sits up to six people.

KITCHEN
It offers a separate, fully-equipped kitchen which contains all the necessary amenities and utensils including a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dishwasher. There is also an informal eating area with a round table and some chairs, to enjoy a morning coffee.

BEDROOM
Proceeding via the spacious corridor, is the master bedroom with a double bed, nightstands, a small flat-screen TV, a large wooden wardrobe and matching chest of drawers.

BEDROOM 2
This is a spare room with a double sofa-bed, a large window, a large wardrobe, a study desk and chair and a chest of drawers.

BATHROOM
The narrow yet spacious and bright bathroom has a shower over a bath tub, a single sink and ample built-in storage. Please note that there is a separate toilet.

Great location, nice apartment

Two of us stayed here for a month. There is room for perhaps 5-6. Our daughter who was studying nearby stayed for a few nights and the guest room was fine for that. Otherwise, it was used as an office. The location is perfect. Can't find a better spot in Paris. The apartment came with a weekly cleaning and linen service which was unexpected but appreciated. The photos and description of the apartment were accurate. We would stay there again and we would recommend it. Thank you.
