The apartment was light and airy. Perfect location to explore Paris from, between Odeon and St Germain Des Pres. there’s one big bedroom and one which used to be part of the living room. All comfortable with all facilities we needed. Not too noisy either.

Just a couple minor issues for us - the bathroom smelled foul (seemed like it was coming from the shower drain), and we couldn’t figure out how to use the washing machine/dryer…even after using chat gpt. The back bedroom light worked intermittently - not very convenient.

Spacious and beautifully decorated, it provided a perfect home base for our Parisian adventures, The location in Saint-Germain-des-Prés was ideal, just a short walk to the Jardin du Luxembourg and plenty of charming cafes, I appreciated the cozy bedrooms and the ample space for our group of five, Highly recommend!

Unit was not ready when we arrived despite paying for early check-in (leaving us to roam around with two very tired young boys for 4 hours after our flight). We did receive a refund for our early check-in fee without resistance. Floors were dirty. Bathroom was clean, but permanent sewer gas smell. Washing machine worked, but had to play with the door latch to get it to run. No dishwasher detergent or laundry soap was provided. There was dish soap, but no dish rags or kitchen towels. Beds were good. Location is unbeatable.

The accommodation was conveniently located and easy to find, but the way to open the door upon check-in was a bit confusing, There may have been some missing dishes, but it was sufficient for us, The room was clean, and the central heating was helpful on cold days, The laundry dried quickly, which was convenient, I think Paris is a city of celebration, so I definitely plan to visit again, I hope to use it again next time, Thank you for this time!

The flat was situated in a fantastic location, in one of my preferred neighborhoods, However, it was not as spotless and organized as depicted in the photos, The walls had grime, and there were several areas requiring maintenance or repair work, Nonetheless, despite the maintenance concerns, the flat was cozy and sufficiently spacious, The beds were cozy, The host was proactive and provided clear information on entry/access, In general, I would suggest this flat to other tourists, but I would advise them to anticipate a standard of cleanliness/upkeep lower than what the photos portray,

Die Böden waren schmutzig und das Badezimmer roch nach Abwasser. Trotz dieser Mängel haben wir uns kaum in der Wohnung aufgehalten, und die Lage ist unschlagbar.
