Town: Nethy Bridge has been a popular tourist destination since Victorian times, and the Cairngorms provide a dramatic backdrop. Nethy Bridge, located in the National Park between Aviemore and Grantown-on-Spey, has a village shop, Post Office, butcher, 9-hole golf course, hotels, tennis courts, and a play area. It's also close to Speyside. The village is a good base for exploring Cairngorms National Park and the ancient Caledonian Pine Forest, which has many trails and walks.
