It provides five bedrooms which are made up of a family room sleeping three, two doubles, a twin and a 4' double, there is also a bathroom and a shower room, the property can sleep ten people. Inside, also find a kitchen, a utility, a living/dining room with a woodburner, a sitting room with an open fire and a sitting room with an electric fire. To the outside, you will find ample off-road parking as well as an enclosed garden with a lawn and a patio with furniture. Trefollwyn Mawr is a characterful cottage placed well for exploring North Wales.

Enclosed garden with lawn and patio with furniture. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 4 miles. Note: Property is accessed along uneven and bumpy road and through farmland, 4x4s are recommended in poor weather. Note: This property is on a working farm so there are other animals around.
