Beautiful apartment in the Al Andalus residencial complex in Vera Playa. With terrace, living room with television, WiFi, kitchen (with refrigerator and freezer, ceramic hob, oven, extractor, dishwasher and microwave) 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms, ensuite with bath, toilet, sink and washing machine and the second bathroom with walk-in -shower, sink and toilet. Cold / hot air conditioning system. Plaza covered parking.
Urbanization with beautiful decorations, excellent location, modern and comfortable, very suitable for family. Children will make friends right away. Outdoor summer pool set with small pool for small children and babies, open from June 1 to September 30, outside those dates there is indoor and heated pool (ask for opening). Tennis court / paddle. There is also a small children’s playground. Several floors available in same urbanization.
In July and August minimum stay 1 week. Festival dates Villaricos minimum fortnight. Those of the festival for a couple of nights please DO NOT contact us.
