Air-conditioned Kauai house with jacuzzi and garden near beach and shops

I dreamed about holidays on the Atlantic Coast, in the heart of a family village.

I dreamed of being able to take part in this magazine life, while strolling in the sand of postcard-like beaches.

I dreamed of taking a bike in the heart of an extraordinary preserved forest with only cicadas that sing, the waves dancing and the accents that go around ...

In my dream, I could both bask in the sun on a sandy beach and practice canoeing in the current Huchet. All is allowed: golf, surfing, horse riding, mountain biking, tree climbing ...
I could finish my hectic day around a plate of seafood and finally go to rest in a calm bed in quality.

It was at the corner of a subdivision, between sea and pine forest, that I had discovered this house. A new air-conditioned building combining modern and refined decoration that contrasted with the secularity of the place.

And then I woke up ...
And we were all there in the jacuzzi. The children were playing on the field.
Because this amazing house can accommodate all my family, or my friends, in its 89m2.
It consists of four rooms.
We enter it by a spacious and convivial living room overlooking a modern and equipped kitchen. All the picture windows give the impression of being in the garden.

It is crossing this first room that we access to the master suite with a large walk-in shower.

The 2nd floor consists of three bedrooms, one arranged for children.

The outdoor area is embellished with a large sheltered terrace with, on the side of the house a Jacuzzi to relax and enjoy his holidays.
A charcoal grill is available.

In short, the dream home for a holiday ...
