Newly renovated two-room apartment, located on the third floor of a historic Ligurian house, without a lift, with typical vaulted ceilings, overlooking Piazza Sardi, in the heart of the Sanremo nightlife, a stone's throw from the Casino and the Ariston theater. In front of the cycle path, overlooking the old port, close to the beaches and the sea. Convenient to shops, restaurants, parking lots and public transportation.
The apartment has a large open space, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a double shower, perfectly and fully equipped. Protected by armored door.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung mit Balkon. Super Lage, direkt im Zentrum und trotzdem nicht zu laut. Freundliche Vermieterin. Das Ein- und auschecken hat super geklappt. Ist eine klare Empfehlung.

Top Apartment

Sehr schöne geräumige gut ausgestattete Wohnung, mit Waschmaschine. Bequemes Bett und guter Klimaanlage. Zentral in Sanremo gelegen, einem Supermarkt gegenüber, umgeben von Bars und Restaurants, ideal zum weggehen. Kühlschrank mit ein paar Getränken, Kaffee, Tee, Gebäck, Marmelade und Gewürze (Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer …), Nudeln und Soße waren vorhanden. Schöner Ausblick und verweilen auf dem kleinen Balkon, mit Meerblick. Der Fahrradweg Pista Ciclabile (26 km Gesamtlänge) führt am Haus vorbei. Schöne bergische Radtouren um Samremo herum. Sehr gute Kommunikation und herzlicher Empfang von der Vermieterin Cinzia. Reibungsloser Check-In und Check-Out. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ... Top!!!
