The apartment benefits from being in close proximity to the Lazure Marina and Beach Resort and offers everything you will need for a perfect holiday. Suitable for a couple or family with 1 child. The accommodation comprises of 2 rooms and a bathroom.
One large room with king-size bed and a two-seater sofa bed, with French doors opening to balcony with sea view.
A separate, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs.
Bathroom with bath and shower over and a washing machine.
Also, private entrance with fenced Terrace, and South facing Balcony with that all-important sea view. Both, the balcony and the terrace, are furnished. Situated on the 1st floor of a house and includes; Free Parking for a small car, Free Wi-Fi, Flat-screen TV, and Air Condition unit. Also supplied are bed linen, hand/bath and kitchen towels, iron, hairdryer, pots&pans, cups, glasses&cutlery. liquid soap and washing up liquid provided. The Beach, Bus stop, Supermarkets, and Restaurants are 5 min walk away. Doctors and hospital nearby. Depending on the length of stay, the apartment will be cleaned and bed linen and towels changed every 7-10 days.
Please note: There us a small hill on the approach to the apartment and as such it may not be suitable for people with mobility problems.
Important: An additional fee of €1.20 per person, per night is due in cash on arrival, payable to the local authority.

My husband and I are married British couple of Montenegrin origin. We are both retired and spend the summers in Montenegro, but the rest of the year in England (West Sussex). We are very lucky, we have the best of both worlds and living the dream! We have a daughter and 2 two grandchildren.
