Perfect location for lawn games, bike rides and beaches!

The house was exactly as described including a well stocked kitchen! Such a beautiful setting and a tremendous bonus to be on Round Pond Road with just a short and beautiful walk or bike ride to Tappens Beach. We also loved riding our bikes down to the harbor and Sakonnet Point for sunset. Perky (property manager) was so responsive and helpful. We definitely want to return next summer.

A wonderful week

We had a fantastic week at this location, couldn't have been better. House was the right size for five of us, and highly functional for family activities. Kitchen was very well equipped (with sharp knives for prep, uncommon in our experience). Beach is one of the best in RI!

Wonderful setting

The main cottage and hosta studio were perfect with beautiful views, comfortable beds and room for everyone inside and out. Thank you for accommodating our dates.
