Typical Ligurian stone house with slate roof surrounded by greenery, with a splendid view of the Gulf of La Spezia.
The house has air conditioning and consists of two bedrooms, an open space area with sofa bed and LCD TV, a new kitchen complete with oven and dishwasher and a large bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Surrounded by a large fenced land, ideal for children and pets, equipped for peaceful relaxation and for nice outdoor barbecues.

Lovely stay and amazing hosts

We had a very warm welcome from Sergio, who was very friendly and helpful. The house was immaculate on arrival. Fabio was very quick to respond and help with anything we needed (he lived very close). The view from the terrace was spectacular and the pergola was brilliant as we had lots of rain while we were the there (and some sunshine). The bed was very comfortable. The location was good for driving out to other areas. If we came back to this area, we would definitely stay here again.

The best location and views!

I absolutely had the best stay at this house. It is only a 4 minute drive to town where there is free parking. I also enjoyed walking down the old trail to town which took about 30 minutes. It was a good workout! The house had everything I needed. The family was so helpful and they live very near and went out of their way to make me feel welcomed . The yard is wonderful and the views of the city and sea are amazing. I enjoyed sitting in the yard sipping my coffee in the morning, watching the sun rise; as my dog enjoyed running around the big fenced in area. I even picked fruit from the garden to enjoy. If your in La Spezia this would be the best location to explore from. I walked just up the hill to N.S. della Guardia a beautiful little chapel that is a must see! I enjoyed being close to the city without the noise. I will definitely return and cannot say enough great things about this place!!

Schlecht ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und reagiert prompt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist leider miserabel: 5 blind gewordene billige Wassergläser, kein Weinglas, kein Bierglas, kein Glas für Grappa, kein Brotkorb, keine Schälchen für Salat, Obst oder Müsli, minimales Blechbesteck, kein Salz- oder Pfefferstreuer, keine Tischdecke für den Terrassentisch, keine Polster für die Terrassenstühle, kein Brotmesser, keine Eierbecher, keine Tee- oder Kaffeekanne, nur eine nicht saubere Espressomaschine für den Herd (wir haben uns eine neue gekauft), kein Toaster. Ich habe noch nie ein derart schlecht ausgestattete Wohnung gemietet. Die Ausstattung auf den Fotos ist nicht vorhanden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, wenngleich man auf der Terrasse wie auf dem Präsentierteller sitzt: hinter einem verläuft direkt die Straße, keinerlei Sichtschutz. Die Wohnung ist nicht gemütlich, kaltes LED-Licht, wir haben uns drinnen nicht wohlgefühlt. Es wirkt alles sehr lieblos. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nicht.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus und nette Vermieter

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in La Spezia. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet, alles sehr sauber und die große Terrasse mit der tollen Aussicht einfach grandios. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Ausblick

Wunderschöner Ausblick auf die Stadt und den Hafen. Tolles Ferienhaus, netter Gastgeber. Gutes Internet und gute Klimaanlage. Wer in La Spezia übernachten möchte ist hier richtig. 300m die Straße hinauf gibt es ein tolles Restaurant.

Wunderbar

Wir waren zwar nur eine Woche mit Hund dort, aber die Lage, Aussicht, Garten etc. ist wunderbar. Mit dem Auto ist man in weniger als 10 min mitten in La Spezia. Das Haus ist super sauber und mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Fabio ist ein super Vermieter, der immer zur Stelle ist. Vielen Dank. Das Einzige, was nicht ganz optimal ist, dass man, wenn man in den Garten will, ums Haus rumlaufen muss. Ansonsten ist wirklich alles perfekt. Wir haben uns sehrt wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns bei Fabio.

Une belle base de départ pour visiter les Cinque Terre et le golfe des poètes

La petite maison bien équipée et très propre , avec un stationnement privé ( ce qui est primordial dans les Cinque Terre ) est située en hauteur à trois km du centre ville de la Spezia . Fabio très gentil et qui parle français , nous a indiqué les stationnements gratuits possibles à proximité du centre ville pour accéder facilement à la gare ou au bus ainsi que d'autres endroits à visiter en dehors des Cinque Terre ( qui sont très envahis par les touristes ) , Portovenere , le Golfe des Poètes , Tellaro , Lerici .

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in La Spezia. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und wohnt in der Nähe. Besonders hat unserem Hund der große Garten gefallen. Abends saßen wir gerne auf der Terasse wo man einen tollen Blick über La Spezia und den Hafen hat. Wir konnten sogar die riesigen Kreuzfahrtschiffe von da aus bewundern und beobachten. Zum Baden sind wir nach Marinella gefahren das ca 40 min entfernt lag da dort Hunde geduldet waren.Ein schöner großer Strand mit Beach Bar. Wir empfehlen den Urlaub in La Spezia bei Fabio. Grazie

Fabio exceeded my and my 90-year-old mother's expectations in every way, and could not have made us feel more at home--in fact, he made us feel like family. When we had a blow-out tire the day before going to my niece's wedding in Tuscany he took care of everything for us--got the car towed, coordinated with the tire shop to order a replacement, drove us back and forth...we were afraid we'd be stuck as Avis had no other car in La Spezia (though eventually found a back-up at Hertz) but he arranged everything for us and we arrived in time. The vista was spectacular, everything was super clean and comfortable, tranquil setting, and sitting outside in the morning and evening (with green figs from the nearby tree) was delightful. My mother had always wanted to see the Cinque Terra and this provided the perfect base for us. Grazie ancora, Fabio, nel cuore--from the heart! We hope to return.
