Terraced house with three floors on the seafront with private pool and spectacular views of the sea. It is located in the quiet residential area of Es Fortí in Cala d'Or.
The ground floor consists of a living room with integrated kitchen, fully equipped, Smart TV, WIFI and direct access to the pool. A room with queen size bed, bathroom and dressing room.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with queen size bed, dressing room and en suite bathroom, fully equipped with separate bathtub and shower. It also has air conditioning and opens onto a living room with spectacular sea views.
The house also has a large basement with washing machine, toilet and clothesline.
The main doors and windows have mosquito nets.
Ease from the house to go down to the cove to bathe.


The property is located in the quiet and exclusive cove of Sa Galera, with easy access to the sea from the house (10 meters).
Ideal for couples looking for tranquility.
It is 3 minutes walk to the center of Cala Egos, 10 minutes walk from the marina and 5 minutes drive from the center of Cala d'Or.
