DUE TO LOCAL RESTRICTIONS 30 DAY MINIMUM RENTAL. 4 bedrooms including master with king bed and private bathroom. Two bedrooms each with queen bed + one bedroom with twin bed. New mattresses. New linens and towels provided for each incoming tenant. One full bathroom, one 3/4 bath + powder room. Recently remodeled. 4 car parking. Walking distance (50 yards) to the beach and 2 blocks to restaurants and shopping on Pier Ave. Freeway close to all Southern California attractions. Large private patio for BBQ and outdoor meals. Lots of stuff going on in the summer including volleyball tournaments, skateboarding, biking, swimming and lifeguard competitions. Quiet neighborhood. NEW PHOTOS POSTED

Amazing Property in the perfect location.

You would be hard pressed to find a more perfect location that this...just steps to the beach and literally just minutes away from all the local facilities, restaurants, stores, etc... The house was perfect for our needs and both the owner and property manager were a pleasure to deal with..always on hand to provide useful local information and attend to anything we required. We loved our stay here and couldn't think of anywhere better to spend our summer.
