Appletree Cottage is situated in the delightful and tranquil rural worcestershire village Bishampton. It is a newly build house combining modern comfort with rural village charm. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 living room and 1 open plan kitchen/dining room opens onto a lovely south facing garden. It’s so pretty and comfortable that I am sure you will love the house.

Bishampton is a quintessential English rural village contains a church, a village shop and post office, a hairdresser, a village hall with a park and children's play areas, and a pub, all within a few minutes’ walk! Just outside the village is the Vale golf club with 2 courses, a driving range, and clubhouse and restaurant. It also has fishing facilities and can host wedding events. Non-members can play at the course with a green fee.

You will be spoiled with choices of what to do around the house. Within 20 miles driving distances you can go to Cotswolds where you can visit idyllic quintessential English villages to spend a whole day just wandering around the shops and streets; or visit Pershore Abbey or Worcester Cathedral to admire the architectures; or spend a family day out at Stratford-upon-Avon with lovely walks by the river Avon, visit butterfly house and Shakespear's house; or play your shots at several different Golf courses nearby; or challenge yourself walking in Malvern hills or cycling around the rolling hills near the village where roads are really quite; Or you can just relax in the comfortable house soaking up the country air and sun shine.

Lovely property ideal place for visiting surrounding areas overall had a lovely stay maybe have a word with cleaners lots of things missed had to unclog 2 plugholes very dusty in places

Gorgeous House in a lovely location

Appletree Cottage is a fabulous house to stay - we had a lovely time with friends for 3 nights. The property had everything we needed for our stay and the village is lovely. Highly recommend the local pub Ounce for drinks and a fabulous Sunday dinner.

Great place

Loved this house even if the sloping ceilings were inclined to bump the head (but you know that beforehand). The weather was kind to us for February althogh many of the paths were really muddy. Would be excellent in drier weather. There are a couple of eating places in walking distance and the Wye Valley brewery make excellent beer. Plainly, nothing is perfect but this is pretty cool.

Very stylish and comfortable cottage

Stayed at Appletree Cottage for a long weekend with girlfriends. The cottage is built in the grounds of a large house and has a shared driveway but is still very private. Our first impressions was wow’ the cottage is well equipped in a contemporary style, has 2 double (1 en suite), 1 twin and a child’s twin bedroom so would suit, a group of friends or families alike. Correspondence with the owner was very good with information about our stay provided in a timely manner with instructions on how to access the property which were very helpful. The property is centrally situated in a lovely Cotswold village with a shop and pub. Easily accessible to Cheltenham, Evesham and other pretty Cotswold towns and villages. There is a Tesco store in Evesham but we ordered an online home delivery which was ideal. All in all a lovely stay thank you.

Lovely property in a brilliant location

Apple tree cottage is a spacious, well laid out and comfortable cottage in a great location. A brilliant open living area with plenty of room, a comfy lounge and four great bedrooms. Our group of eight found it just right for us and plenty of room. (Two kids, two pensioners and four adults) Location is also great with lots of easy to access day trips on the doorstep. The garden area is very quiet (as the nearby road is also quiet) so it’s very easy to relax outside.

Nice cottage with good location but…

Bishampton is a lovely village with a great pub and the cottage and garden are in a prime position. The weather was great so we enjoyed sitting in the garden. Our stay was slightly marred by some damage by previous tenants to various items (such as the sofa in the kitchen which you could not use, the garden table and the en-suite shower cubicle) and the fact that the cottage had not been cleaned thoroughly. Kristy and Paul dealt with a separate issue very promptly and gave us a partial refund to compensate for the lack of cleanliness. So all in all we cannot complain but feel that the caretaker should ensure everything is regularly maintained and damaged items replaced so that problems do not build up.

Wonderful house in Bishampton

What can I say, this house is great on every level. From the nice open kitchen to the comfortable living room to the spacious bedrooms, we very much enjoyed our stay here. The pub within close walking distance has a very good chef, and the convenience store (also close by) is well-supplied with the necessities. Would highly recommend!
