Beautiful suite upstairs overlooking the lake of Chapala, the suite is a very beautiful Palapa has a terrace and a private jacuzzi for the room, 60 ”TV with Netflix, bar inside the room, we are 3 minutes away from the heart of Ajijic. And from the best restaurant, we are 1 hr from Guadalajara, our architecture is based on fine, rustic, modern finishes, between beach and mountains

Although the rooms are well designed and roomy, the WiFi is too weak and the plumbing of the bathroom was not vented properly so every morning the bathroom smells like a sewer. The most annoying thing was that they charged an excessive fee per night for our pet which wasn’t on the website. Someone is raising roosters for rooster fighting nearby and noise begins at about 2:30 am. Overall, not worth the price.

Very beautiful inside. A lot of neighboring roosters, so you have to like the morning rooster calls, which I do.
