Villa Verde quiet and quiet country house of new construction
Newly built country villa (July 2018) located in a quiet and peaceful residential area. The Villa is on two levels both on the ground floor, in the upper level there are two independent apartments composed of:
double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room with two beds, one of which is foldable, each apartment has a large veranda of 80 square meters, and a barbecue.
In the lower level on the same floor as the pool there is an apartment with large windows, the apartment consists of a double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, living room with two beds.
Large garden, with hydromassage pool and an outdoor shower with heated water, the pool is equipped with beach umbrellas, the swimming pool is newly built (July 2018) and has a new "salt" system, so no chlorine.
the villa inside has its own private parking and free.
The villa is located just minutes from the Castellammare del Golfo motorway exit.
