There are several nice lofts overlooking the historical Iola square and each come with luxurious finishes including a full custom kitchen w/ granite counter tops, dedicated central heat/air, nice furniture, basic cable/internet, and amazing view!

Amazing stay

We were in the area visiting for the weekend. We have stayed at another of Terry's properties an will continue to try to book with him whenever we visit. Huge space, nicely appointed, clean. Bed was super comfortable, TV in living area and bedroom. Small snacks on the table, water in the fridge, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste etc. in the bathroom. Absolutely wonderful. It was warm and upon arrival the AC was on and set to a comfortable temp. We could not think of anything that could have been better.

Impressive

The property is clean, well furnished and in an excellent location in downtown Iola. I hope it is available again when I return to my home town for a visit.

A Beautiful Rental for our Girls' Weekend

We are so happy with our rental in Iola! We are two friends who met here for a girls weekend and it was perfect. The pictures do not do this unit justice. There is brand new carpet, new appliances, nice countertops, soft close cabinet doors, great views, and pretty decor. We cooked most meals ourselves and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was some noise at night from the street but a noise machine was already in the room. We went to a movie at the B&B theater Friday night and shopped at several of Iola's shops near the square on Saturday. The owners, Terry and Cheryl, were so helpful and friendly during our stay. Thank you so much!
