About this property

Breathtaking sea views, beach at your feet, lively residential area all year round.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of one of the oldest and most beautiful residences in Mourillon. The 20 m2 terrace, the three bedrooms and the living room all have a spectacular 180 ° sea view.
The terrace is protected from the hot rays of the sun by electric blinds, the bedrooms and the living room by roller shutters, and the main rooms are air conditioned.

There are 6 beds:
- master bedroom with a double bed in 160
- bedroom 2 with two 90 cm beds that can be connected
- bedroom 3 with a trundle bed with 2 x 80 beds
The bedrooms have large storage cabinets with wardrobes, shelves, drawers, hangers and lighting

Two bathrooms each with a shower and a suspended toilet, including a bidet (system used in Japan for a long time), hairdryer in each.

The kitchen and its central island have a dishwasher, a washer-dryer, a fridge-freezer, a combi oven (oven + microwave), and an extractor hood. Various devices complete this equipment: espresso, toaster, electric kettle, food processor.

Note that the apartment was completely refurbished last winter and that all the furniture and appliances are new and carefully manufactured.

You will be able to connect by WI-FI on a box connected by optical fiber.

Philips ambi-ligth TV, Yamaha HI-FI system with CD player, sound column for blue-tooth connection with a mobile phone.

Finally, very important in the neighborhood: a closed garage in the basement with direct access to the apartment by two available elevators.

Our rental prices include VAT and an invoice will be sent to you directly by e-mail after your departure.

We invoice three additional services separately:
- Delivery of keys on arrival and recovery on departure with inventory
- Supply and washing of household linen, including sheets, towels, tablecloth, napkins and tea towels.
- Complete end of stay cleaning

On arrival the beds are made, everything is clean, there is toilet paper and we make sure that there are basic products such as washing up liquid, salt, pepper, sugar, etc ... The comfort of a 4 star hotel with in addition a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room.

Vue imprenable sur la mer

Un appartement au pied de la plage, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, détenu par des propriétaires absolument charmants. Plein de petits commerces à proximité, auxquels on peut se rendre à pied, ainsi que de nombreux bars/restaurants au pied de l'immeuble qui rende l'endroit très vivant, en particulier le soir. Fantastisches Apartment

Wir hatten großartige 14 Tage in dieser tollen Wohnung. Diese hat eine fantastische Lage, man muss nur über die Straße gehen und ist in 2 Minuten am Strand. Auch sonst kann das Auto stehen bleiben, Restaurants und Supermarkt sind in Kürze zu Fuß erreichbar, der Bus hält direkt vor der Tür.  In Wohnung befindet sich alles, was man benötigt und alles funktioniert. 3 Schlafzimmer - 2 davon mit Klimaanlage -, 2 Badezimmer, 1 großer Wohn-/Essbereich sowie ein toller, großer Balkon, an dem man morgens und abends gut essen kann. Einziges Manko ist, dass es nachts teilweise recht laut sein kann. Direkt unterhalb sind diverse Restaurants, der Strand mit sehr lange feiernden Menschen sowie die Hauptverkehrsstraße. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und würden sehr gern wiederkommen!

Fantastic Sea View Air Conditioned Apartment

The 3rd Floor, Spectacular Sea View Apartment is well-equipped and located right adjacent to the beach for swimming and sunbathing. It offers a wonderful Terrasse for meals or people-watching. Many restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance. Easy access to the Free, but narrow, garage parking is a plus. The Owner made the Check-in / Check-out process relatively easy, and was quick to offer help if needed. Thanks to Beatrice for a great week!!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Blick

Wir haben als Familie einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist hervorragend, ein sehr netter Kontakt - vielen Dank :-) Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sie wurde sehr sauber übergeben. Man kann sich schön aufhalten und den Blick auf das Meer von jedem Zimmer genießen. Wir kommen wieder.

Dans un grand appartement design et très propre, à la déco sympa, refait à neuf et parfaitement fonctionnel, dans un immeuble sécurisé avec garage, on ne peut quitter nos yeux de la vue splendide de ce 3e étage sur la mer! Les propriétaires (ou leur personne de confiance) sont très accueillants et répondent immédiatement à nos questions si soucis de notice de fonctionnement du matériel. Un bémol pour le peu d'isolation phonique de la rue très passagère et des fêtards nocturnes des restaurants et plages.

L’appartement est agréable. La literie est très confortable. Petit bémol pour les deux salles d’eau avec wc beaucoup trop étriquées. Attention appartement non traversant avec pièce de vie et chambres sur la route très très passante. La vue est magnifique mais le sommeil s’en ressent sauf si on dort fenêtres fermées… Les portes fenêtres ne se verrouillent pas bien… Le garage est extrêmement étroit. Il nous a fallu être très prudents pour garer notre 5008. Sinon, à quelques minutes à pieds de la rue Lamalgue très commerçante et agréable qui conduit au marché du Mourillon. Environnement très agréable bien qu’urbain.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans l'appartement et nous étions parfaitement satisfaits. L'appartement a été propre et meublé avec du goût. Deux chambres à coucher et le salon/cuisine sont climatisés ce qui a été très agréable. La terrasse est grande est dispose des jalousies électriques. Le soleil sur la terrasse est au rdv dès le matin. Le contact avec la gérante et les propriétaires a été excellent et aimable ce que nous avons très apprécié. Le parking est en effet très étroit mais avec un peu de maneouvre, j'ai bien réussi à rentrer avec ma Seat Alhambra! Bref, un appartement à recommander avec un prix tout à fait justifiable pour cette région. Merci beaucoup.

Traumhafte Lage

Eine wirklich tolle Wohnung mit super Ausblick. Restaurants etc. zu fußläufig gut erreichbar. Beatrice, die Eigentümerin, war immer erreichbar, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, nur mit der Übergabe vor Ort hat es nicht ganz so gut geklappt - zwischen der Verwalterin und uns gab es sprachlich bedingte Missverständnisse (wir sprechen kein französisch und sie kein englisch und deutsch). Am Ende hat aber alles geklappt und wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in einer wunderbaren Wohnung verbracht. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen, gerne wieder.

Un tres bel appartement dans un contexte propice a la detente

Avec mon épouse et mes deux enfants de cinq et sept ans, nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques dans l’appartement de propriétaire très sérieux et attentif. L’appartement est très beau. Il a été meublé avec goût, le cadre est donc superbe. La terrasse est agréable, la vue à couper le souffle. C’est l’une des plus belles que nous avons eu durant ces dernières années. Le quartier est très vivant. On se retrouve vraiment dans un secteur très agréable de Toulon, avec des plages très sympa qui ne nous ont pas du tout donné envie de prendre la voiture. Au total, Mon épouse et mes enfants sont ravis et moi aussi. Une remarque toute particulière pour l’état de l’appartement qui est vraiment très bien tenu et meublé avec beaucoup de goût. Ça permet vraiment de profiter dans un cadre charmant et pour des prix qui sont très raisonnable. Je recommande chaleureusement.

Great location. Very nice apartment.

This is a very nice apartment with great amenities. It had been professionally cleaned before we arrived. Location is great. There is a very nice small shops street about five minutes away on foot, and since we stayed for two weeks, the shopkeepers would remember us and even talk to us when we were passing by. There is a very efficient city bus system. The beach is nice and regularly cleaned. Only negatives were the absence of a second key and change of towels and bath mats, since we were staying for two weeks. The process for picking up the keys and returning them could be more efficient too. The proximity to the beach means it can be noisy but it's also quite nice to be in a lively place, with easy access to restaurants and cafés. The garage is on the small side, so if you have a big SUV, you may well be unable to enter it, but fact is a smaller car makes it easier to navigate the narrow roads.

Appartement au 3ieme étage avec vue fantastique sur la mer et les plages depuis toutes les pièces. Spacieux, confortable et très bien équipé. On bien aimé la terrasse sur laquelle on a pris tous nos repas. Proximité des restaurants, super-marchés et plaine de jeux. Mise à disposition du garage très pratique ! Proprietaria di gentilezza, flessibilità e disponibilità totale. Accoglienza cortese da parte di incaricata della proprietaria. Arredamento dell'alloggio nuovo, funzionale ed elegante esteticamente, completo di accessori. Panorama molto bello. Soleggiato tutto il giorno. Zona ottima, tranne che per un po' di rumore notturno, tollerabile, per movida. Miglioramenti possibili: serramenti più isolanti; pulizia vetri di tutte le stanze, e non solo di alcune (per fruire al massimo del panorama); utile avere: almeno un altro asciugamano a persona, oltre quello per la doccia; un tappetino di spugna all'esterno della doccia, per non inondare di acqua il bagno.
