Simply furnished apartment Saldanika III is situated on the first floor of a family house, and it has 65mq. The house is located in a top position, near the beach. Guests have direct access from the garden to a pebble beach. The apartment consists of a 2 bedroom, ( 1 bedroom is with separate beds and 1 bedroom with double bed) a kitchen with dining room, a bathroom with shower and a balcony with sea view. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, refrigerator and coffee machine. Apartment has satellite television, wi-fi, bed linen and towels. The apartment has a nice terrace, garden furniture and small park in front of the house for children in the garden. There is also a private parking place in front of the house. Saladinka the small village, which is located only 4 km from the center of Porec. It is situated in a quiet location, surrounded by trees and meadows, and only 100 m from beach and sea. An ideal place for a relaxing vacation.

Erholung an erster Stelle
Nachts kein Autoverkehr zu hören, die Badebucht sauberer Kieselstrand und direkt vor der Haustüre. Mit dem Fahrrad in 10 bis 15 Minuten Gaststätten, Bäckerei oder Bars zu erreichen. Gepflegtes Grundstück und saubere Wohnung.

Immer wieder gerne
Die Eigentümer leben mit in der Anlage mit 5 Wohneinheiten. Sie sind sehr nett und beantworten gerne alle Fragen. Die Lage ist ein Traum. Durch den eigenen Garten einfach an den Strand. Porec ist mit dem Auto in paar Minuten zu erreichen. Der nächste Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit wunderbarem Blick aufs Meer. Die Musik der benachbarten Stadt war kaum zu hören, so dass man gut bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann.
