About this property

Charming, newly renovated olive grove in the heart of Tuscany

Casa Anna is a newly renovated charming old stone villa, located on a large plot of olive groves and overlooking the Tuscan countryside.

The house consists of large living / dining room, TV room / bedroom, 3 large bedrooms and a smaller room, kitchen with dining area and 2 bathrooms. In addition to the terraces around the house there is a pergola with outdoor kitchen, fireplace, barbecue and a nice "infinity" pool.

The house is fully furnished with the usual kitchenware and bedding.

The house is 3 - 4 minutes drive from the small village of Castellina Marittima. In the village there are two restaurants and several bars. Around the square you will find butchers, bakeries, vegetable shops and two grocery stores where you can buy the most you need over the counter in the old fashioned fashion. Alternatively, it is only a few minutes drive down to Pomaia.

The distance to the sea with beautiful beaches is approx. 15 - 20 km. (20 - 30 minute drive).

Casa Anna is centrally located. Distance from Casa Anna:
- to the airport of Pisa (Galileo Galilei) is about 50 km / driving time by car is about 50 min.
- to the "seaside resort" Castigloncello is 18 km / driving time by car is approx. 25 min.
- Florence is about 100 km / driving time is less than 2 hours.
- to Rome is about 300 km / driving time is approx. 3.5 hours.
- to the wine district Bolgheri is 35 km / driving time is approx. 35 min.
- to Chianti is 90 km / driving time is approx. 1 hour 45 min.
- to Luca is 85 km / driving time is approx. 1 hour.
- to Siena is 100 km / driving time is approx. 1 hour and 50 minutes.

An excellent spacious property in the perfect location to explore Tuscany. The village is nice with a few shops and bars. Good local walks. The pool is fantastic with great views all around. Communication was good and Norbert was very helpful.

Paradise found

A wonderful place for a family holiday, we could not think of anything lacking. Position was fantastic with beautiful views and total privacy. Norbert was extremely helpful and accommodating and nothing was to much trouble. I would recommend this wonderful Casa Anna to anyone who loves, peace, luxury and privacy. Thank you Sigge.

This house is such a hidden gem! We‘ve had amazing 6 days in this beautiful villa. The pool area and the outdoor kitchen next to it offers everything you can imagine (even an ice cube machine). The rooms were all equipped with an AC and the kitchen has a wide range of equipment as well. Especially, the terrace next to the entrance is the place to be for the sunsets.Overall, the pictures don‘t display the beauty of this villa. I can not recommend you enough to stay there and experience it by yourself!Thank you Sigge and Norbert for such a good time.

Beautiful house with a fantastic view

This is really beautiful house. The pictures don't do it justice! There are 4 nice bedrooms (two bigger and two smaller one) as well as a tv-room with a pullout couch. The living room is huge and well furnished. The outside area is also well stocked with many table, chairs and a full outside kitchen. We didn't get to use it, though, because we visited in the winter. Will definitely have to come back in summer to use the pool and huge garden.

Very nice house in Tuscany in a very nice property in a quiet location, enough rooms, 2 barbecues, nice, big and deep pool with enough shade and outside kitchen, ping pong table and table soccer.But the pool was quite cold, not heated and no possibility to cover it. There are only 6 pool chairs. The wifi was not working, even though techniciens came over they did not manage to find the problem. There was no mosquito net in one sleeping room and no possibility to darken the room.The dishwasher and the washing machine were not clean an the over was really disgusting, probably never cleaned.

Super skønt hus med dejlige faciliteter. Særligt poolområdet er fantastisk. Der er alt, hvad man kan drømme om. Det ligger med fantastisk udsigt og helt skærmet fra alle andre.Hvis der er nogle udfordringer, så kommer Norbert, som er utrolig sød og hjælpsom.Der var problemer med Wifi imens vi var der, men der blev arbejdet ihærdigt på at fixe det, imens vi var der.Det eneste vi kunne ønske, var en lidt grundigere rengøring af huset. Vi kommer gerne igen i dette skønne hus!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus , jedes Zimmer gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet . Küche sehr gut ausgestattet! Rund ums Haus gibt es diverse Sitzplätze, so dass man sich immer Sonne oder Schatten aussuchen kann. Großer Pool , der nachts beleuchtet ist . Einfach traumhaft! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!

Geweldig huis met werkelijk alles aanwezig. Zeer geschikt voor 8+ mensen, alles ruim voldoende aanwezig zowel binnen als buiten. Ruime terrassen buiten met grote tafels en stoelen. Mooie buitenkeuken en heerlijk zwembad. Norbert was beschikbaar voor vragen en tips. In de omgeving veel te doen en met auto goed te rijden naar Lucca, Voterra en de kust. We komen zeker weer een keer

Stilechtes Rustico in traumhafter Lage mit mega Pool

Das renovierte Bauernhaus entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Weitläufiger Außenbereich mit toller Außenküche und Loungebereich am tollen Pool. Für jeden findet sich ein Plätzchen zum Entspannen. 2 große Gasgrills runden das Ganze ab. Alleine die Anfahrtsbeschreibung / Position in der Anzeige könnte verbessert werden, aber dafür gibt es den sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Hausverwalter Norbert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hauseigentümer und Norbert war ausgezeichnet. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Woche. Marcus mit Familie

Fantastisk eiendom i rolige omgivelser

Huset og eiendommen infridde våre forventninger og mere til! Et typisk italiensk steinhus, men med moderne renovering i en fin balanse. Vi satte ekstra pris på gode madrasser og skikkelige dyner og puter. Og Moccamaster 😅. Bassengområde var magisk med komplett utekjøkken, stor spiseplass og sofagruppe. Her var det også nydelig utsikt og fine solnedganger - det var her vi oppholdt oss hele uken! Hvis noe negativt skal nevnes må det bli myggen. Ta med myggmiddel👍

Wundervoller Aufenthalt, tolles Haus und hervorragender Service

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt und konnten das Dolce Vita Leben richtig geniessen! Norbert, unser Ansprechpartner, kümmerte sich täglich um den Pool und sorgte dafür, dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Das neue Mobiliar ist sogar besser als auf den Fotos! Der Strand und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwas weiter entfernt, aber dank der genauen Beschreibung auf FeWo-Direkt waren wir darauf vorbereitet. Trotz der losen Platten rund um den Pool (die in Zukunft ausgebessert werden) waren wir äusserst zufrieden und würden gerne wiederkommen!

Einzigartiger Toskanaurlaub mit der Familie

Wunderschönes Haus auf einem großzügigen Grundstück mit Mandel-, Oliven- und Feigenbäumen. Die Poolanlage mit Outdoor-Küche diversen Grills und Sofaecke oder das große Wohnzimmer bieten mehr als genug Platz für ausgiebige Abendessen bei jeder Wetterlage. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und die Woche über betreut. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt im Casa Anna!

Traumhaft

Wir waren schon von der Beschreibung und den Fotos begeistert. Bei der Ankunft hat uns Norbert sehr herzlich empfangen und uns Casa Anna gezeigt. Das ganze Anwesen hat alles noch übertroffen, was man sich für so ein Ferienhaus nur wünschen kann! Der Eigentümer ist sehr grosszügig und so ist auch alles erdenkliche vorhanden. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal da.
