The website description says 3 bedrooms, but this is incorrect. There are 2 bedrooms, which was fine for our family of four.The property was a good size, with a spacious, comfortable living/kitchen area and plenty of storage. The fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine worked well. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room, plus fans.A few glasses and pieces of cutlery needed washing before use.The ground-floor bedroom has twin beds and a separate shower room. The first-floor bedroom has a very comfortable double bed and a good en-suite. The window could do with a blind.The shower drainage was a little blocked, but Murcia Rentals responded quickly when we reported it.There are two sun terraces. The lower one has furniture, two loungers and a large parasol, although we found the shade inadequate. The higher terrace has a table and four chairs but no shade, so we rarely used either terrace.Four bath towels were provided; extra towels were supplied very quickly when requested. Only one beach towel was provided. A beach umbrella and its screw-in base were available, but there are no chairs or loungers for the pool or beach.The pool is about an 8-minute walk and is very large, with some shaded areas. Wristbands are provided and checked occasionally. The town centre is around a 20-minute walk away, although parking is difficult in the evening.Overall, a comfortable property for four, with a very responsive rental company.

Het huisje is prima.

Het huis is goed, alles werkt en we misten niets. Het enige waar wij als oudere mensen veel moeite mee hebben is het meubilair. Geen normale stoelen of bank. Je kunt dus niet gewoon lekker ontspannen zitten. Dat wordt dan altijd liggen. Dat is niets voor ons. Jongeren zullen daar geen last van hebben.

Overall a good villa. location to shops, restaurants and bar was very good. reasonably clean and tidy. Fly's were a bit annoying. shame the weather was terrible cause we didn't really get chance to use the facilities fully. The Storms caused water to be turned off and pool area to be full of debris.

Très beau golf et logement.

Très beau site, très beau logement. Région un peu moins attrayante que ce que nous espérions malheureusement pour nous qui aimons découvrir autre chose que la piscine (villages typiques etc).
