It features a large living/dining room with water views, comfy sofas, flat screen, bamboo furniture and access to balcony, well equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, 2 relaxing bedrooms with queen/full beds, specious closets, bath with a jetted tub and large vanity, convenient in-house laundry. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the balcony and watch the water's wildlife or the boat activity on the river. Community offers heated pool, seating and fishing at boardwalk, barbecue area and clubhouse. Walking distance to fishing pier, restaurants and shops. Just minutes from downtown River District and 75 freeway.

Great location and near Golf and restaurants. RIght on the water. Nice view in the evenings with plenty of sun. Great host with great communication for all of our needs. We would stay again. Great place to stay away from the cold and snow for the winter months.

Hidden gem in North Fort Myers

Loved this 2nd floor condo. The view of the water was lovely. Could even see it from the kitchen. Had a little ant issue in the beginning of the stay but owners were prompt in taking care of it. Bathtub could of been a little cleaner when I got there. Facets need some repair.

Comfortable fun in the sun

We truly enjoyed our time here! Great location, a trolley ride away from downtown Fort Myers and minutes away from Cape Coral. The condo had everything we needed! Clean and comfortable on well maintained grounds. James and Bente really made us feel at home! This was our first visit, it won’t be our last!
