Discover this cosy 80 square metre apartment located in the Levante area of Benidorm, perfect for a family holiday or with friends. With capacity for 6 people, this accommodation offers a comfortable and functional space in a residential complex.



The apartment has two bedrooms that include a double bed and two single beds, as well as a double sofa bed, ensuring comfortable rest for all guests. It has a single bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.



The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and a wide variety of kitchenware. Additionally, it features a ceramic hob.

Its location is unbeatable: just 450 metres from Levante Beach, with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants and bus stops. Lovely clean, modern apartment, would highly recommend

Clean and modern, loved the location which was excellent for the market. Everything was provided. Would highly recommended and will definitely be using this apartment in the future. My only negative comment would be that we couldn’t use the pool, which I wasn’t aware of, it was closed, even though it was quite hot.

Apartment was really nice, plenty of room for the 5 of us. Brilliant location, 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants&#47bars. Pool wasnt open which we didnt know. Doesnt open till mid June but didnt spoil our stay as short walk to the beach.

El apartamento estaba genial, limpio, tranquilo y cercano, el personal de seguridad de la piscina, los conserjes y personal de limpieza, son súper amables y atentos, repetiré sin dudarlo. La recogida/entrega de llaves lo hicimos en Benidor Booking en la calle Mediterráneo, todo perfecto, tardé 5 minutos y el personal ha sido encantador, tanto por teléfono como personalmente, no entiendo las quejas de algunas personas, siempre me han atendido con respeto y amabilidad, mi felicitación por vuestra profesionalidad. Que fueron pocos días, jajaja

Cabreados por la falta información pero buena estancia

Estaba en una buena ubicación, la zona de los guiris, si te gusta la tranquilidad huye de aquí y el apartamento estaba bastante bien y limpio. No lo avisan pero tienes que dejar un depósito de 200€ Lo cogimos por la piscina, cual fue nuestra sorpresa que cuando fuimos a bañarnos, la piscina estaba cerrada. Llamamos por teléfono y nos dijeron que no había socorrista, sin embargo, lo primero que se ve en el anuncio del apartamento es la piscina donde no se indicaba que no estaba abierta al público. Para nosotros fue una total decepción ya que es publicidad engañosa. No pusieron ese detalle en observaciones y nos cabreó muchísimo. Por suerte, nos dieron una solución y pudimos ir a la piscina del edificio de al lado. Pero si pagamos ese importe por el apartamento y sus instalaciones era para que hubieran avisado de este acontecimiento. No puse una reclamación en consumo por publicidad engañosa porque nos dieron una solución, si no la pongo, ya que la primera persona con la que hablamos se lavó las manos.

Hola, Marta. Gracias por tomarte el tiempo de escribir la reseña. Sentimos mucho el imprevisto ocurrido en la piscina a veces la gente hace cosas en ellas que obliga a cerrarlas por higiene hasta que se consigue depurar el agua. Es obligatorio tener socorrista solo a partir de cierto tamaño. En cuanto a la fianza, esta información sí que viene específicada a la hora de hacer la reserva entendemos que hay mucha información que leer, pero estar, está. Esperamos de todo corazón que, dejando a un lado los inconvenientes comentados, hayáis tenido unas fantásticas vacaciones. Un cordial saludo.

Nos gusto todo, el apartamento muy limpio. Lo único que no nos gusto era la playa, que era de piedra. Teníamos que andar unos 2 km hasta final de la playa que era todo arena . Ahí estaba muy bien

Si te duchas con agua fría, el apartamento te gustará...

Localización perfecta y el salón es amplio. Las habitaciones pequeñas pero funcionales. Algo que no entendí es cómo un apartamento de 2 habitaciones y sofá cama, con capacidad para 6 personas, tiene un termo para el agua caliente con un depósito que apenas dura para la ducha de una persona. Es absolutamente inconcebible que en pleno 2023 exista un apartamento para 6 personas con un termo tan sumamente pequeño. Teníamos que repartir las duchas durante todo el día porque éramos 4 y era absolutamente imposible ducharnos los 4 con agua caliente por la tarde. El apartamento en sí está bien pero este detalle lo siento mucho pero hace que no vuelva a utilizar este apartamento para mis próximas visitas a Benidorm.

it was clean and excellent location. The only problem was, to pick up the keys we had to walk for a while away from the property which was a bit of a problem when we arrived with our bags and suitcases. There isn’t any reception so you have to phone an emergency number if there is any problems.
