Owner looking to rent full duplex 1900 sq feet--first and second levels available. Fully furnished in beach motif. Will rent lower level or upper level for the summer. Or will rent whole house: January 1 to May 31 and September 1 to December 31 at lower rate. June, July and August summer months in Newport at an unbelievably low monthly 3 month lease price for each separate level or rent the whole summer! The higher summer per month rental price is due to incredible demand and close access to beach and shopping district.
