What it’s like
Resting on the terrace, you will enjoy one of the most beautiful and dramatic settings in Mallorca, this property lies on a protected area, in the Tramuntana mountain range, part of the UNESCO world heritage. The property is surrounded by fields and mountains with just one neighbor in the vicinity.
You are getting the best of both worlds, you choose when you would like to be with the crowed and when you want your total peace and quietness with meditating views…
Life here is designed to be spent outside. A perfect thermic breeze blow most of the time in Summer and this makes all the difference. You dip in the pool, lie on your long chair in the shadow of the palm trees with a fresh cocktail…So what else?
Guests who'd like to explore further, have great choices.
From the door step, you just want to walk in the mountains, you'll find multiple spectacular trails like the GR221 and the lovely vineyard at Mortitx, where you can do a wine testing stop. (excellent wines).
Or even if you re keen cyclists, you will want to tackle the challenging mountain terrain - popular for professional teams.
Top Golf course in Pollenca and Alcudia.
The authentic town of Pollenca deserves a visit, with its narrow streets, bustling squares, colorful market on Sundays, restaurants and tapas bars. There's definitely no shortage of restaurants to choose from. There are several good beaches close by, with the long sandy stretch at Formentor, witch offers a more privacy feeling, with a long narrow beach and pines falling in the crystal clear sea, long chair and 5 stars restaurant. Port Pollenca beach is about 10km long, with fine white sand and crystal clear waters. It more an urban type of beach with shops and restaurant all along. Perfect for night life. There are plenty of watersports opportunities round this coastline, like paddling, kayaking, hobby cat, sailing, motor boat rentals…

The villa was built eight years ago in the traditional apparent stone style. comfortably furnished and spacious

First floor Master double bedroom :
The master double bedroom is a lovely spacious bright room (24m2) with 2 wardrobe, stunning views & access to the 15m2 terrace set up with the gym ( spinning bike, cross training straps, balance plate, half swiss ball for gainage, yoga mat and more). The huge en-suite bathroom has a hydro bath and a separate shower a l’ Italienne.
First floor twin bedroom Adjacent to the bathroom of the master bedroom, a twin bedroom with 2 wardrobe. (19 m2) The 180 x 200 bed can bed separated. The bouble madras have an added mat to sealed the gap between the two. Brand new beds, high standard.

First floor double bedroom

This double bedroom 160 x 200 has wardrobe and beautiful view with morning sun. It also has an en suite bath room. (17m2)

Mezzanine
The bedroom (17 m2) with twin beds can be divided in two by taking the 180 x 200 mat off. Bathroom en suite with shower a l’italienne
All rooms have two windows with superb view. Your sleep will be tempered by the soft breeze of the exotic ceiling fans or by the air conditioning. This house is lived through out the year, so all the equipment and especially the beds and sheets are very good quality.
A folding sofa of 140 x 190 could give space for one adult or two kids


Ideal for families
The house is lived by a family with young kids, so you don’t have to run after your children while you would like to relax at home, most things are baby safe. Especially the swimming pool has a certified dismountable fence with an automatic locking door that only adults can open (or teenagers). The steps that takes you into the water are very large and long ( 5m) . Kids love to spend their time on them.
A cot, a travel bed, 2 high chairs are in the house ready to use.
A cat is sharing the outdoor as well as cheeps and wildgoats,
Large trampoline, swings, sand play ground, four wheels bicycle, trotinette, Legos and lots of other games…

Sehr gute Lage aber........
Liebe Urlauber, wir haben das Haus 3 Wo gemietet für rund 15.000 € . Die Lage ist schön, aber leider funktioniert vieles nicht in diesem Haus wie in der Anzeige eigentlich auf gegeben. Am Anfang viel der Strom immer aus, bis wir raus gefunden haben das das Haus nur eine 9 KW Leitung hatte, das angeblich neue Solarfeld hat nicht funktioniert. Also wenn die Klimaanlagen liefen ( es gingen nicht alle) , konnten wir die Waschmaschine oder Geschirrspülmaschine nicht laufen lassen, dann war die Sicherung gleich ganz raus, mühsam! Der Eigentümer hat in der ersten Woche dann die KW Zahl erhöhen lassen, und sendete den Elektriker. Wieder ein Handwerker im Haus! Dann ging im Masterbad Das WC nicht, Klempner kam. Dann hatten wir nicht genug warm Wasser zum duschen, da ein Timer eingebaut war, mühsam! Das ganze Haus Küche/Wäscheschrank etc. mussten wir erst einmal aufräumen damit wir oder das Housekeeping überhaupt etwas gefunden haben. Housekeeping kann ich nicht empfehlen, kommen zu zweit nehmen 20 € die Stunde , aber unter sauber machen verstehe ich etwas anderes. Es funktionierten 3 Klimaanlagen im Haus nicht, der Eigentümer erklärte dazu das er immer eine Wartung jährlich durchführt, aber 4 Tage vor Ende unseres Urlaubes kam dann endlich der Klimatechniker und hat die Anlage provisorisch repariert, und bestätigt das hier schon lange nicht gewartet wurde. Preis Leistung NEGATIV!Haus ist für Vermietung nicht geeignet! Fewo ist informiert. Urlaub für stellt man sich anders vor!

The house was a pleasure to stay in, perfect inside and out, and the owner is super attentive.
We spent a week at the villa and were very relaxed in its peaceful surroundings, as well as enjoying the comfort of the garden and the interior of the house. The villa is also within easy reach of great nearby beaches and charming pueblos, so plenty of fun to also be had away from the property too.

Guys, it has been a sole and total pleasure for us to visit this jewl of a house of Philippe and his family. With the help of their friend Maria of Binimarina Real Estate they did everything to make up for a perfect vacation. We spend 2 weeks in a breathtaking view of the montains around this spot, doing nothing but jumping in the pool and enjoying the quite, beautiful, leaxing and remote atmosphere. We had our small kids (1 and 4) with us and the house is a fantastic choice for families. Not only the barrier at the pool but also all the toys and facilites were great fun for us. At all times, we felt safe and well equipped. The house itself is very well outfitted, you will miss nothing. The beds are very comfy, the bathrooms and everthing else is very clean and in good shape overall. Furthermore you feel that a family is really at home there. For this reason we felt like beeing in a (temporary) home ourselfs. Its not like the somewhat artificial staged ikea-style airbnbs, you find from time ot time. Instead you can realy catch an idea of how it might be to live on this Island. We´ve been on Mallorca, mostly around Sollér and similar places. So mountainview, remote area, luxury home have been our prequesitions before. When we view pics of an accodation and finally choose it, we usually brace ourselfs before arrival, since in our experience the pictures are often not quite matched by the reality. In this case however, it felt the exact opposite way. The pictures where a superb appetizer, but the reality was much better - it has been an awesome familytime and a perfect vacation for us and we just can recommend this place of Philippe and his Family and what it offers to everyone from our heart.
