The 3 bedroom, 3 bath home features a newly renovated upper deck with ocean views, a lower patio with outdoor grill and shower, and gated front door parking. No need for a golf cart or shuttle in this gated community, as the Gulf’s sugar sands and private community pool are a 1 minute walk from the front door! The home features: televisions in the second floor family area and in the ground floor Ocean Oasis Room; updated decor; a bathroom connected to each of the three bedrooms; kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Keurig, and wine fridge; dedicated work from home space; and outdoor patio storage with beach toys, 4 beach chairs, and 1 beach umbrella.

During the winter of 2021, the kitchen, living room, and staircase underwent a full remodel including installation of a Tesla Destination Home Charger.

Great get away for my daughter & I
Lovely house with all of the amenities I needed. Even though there is no direct view of the beach from the unit, the beach is literally on the other side of the condos and probably quicker to access the beach than if staying in the condos. 3 bdrms & each with their own private bath. Several outside seating areas, private parking & a well appointed kitchen. Host was easy to reach and helpful. A great weekend.

We loved it here in every aspect other than the crowded beach. I didn't realize when I booked the property how crowded the beach was and I should have done more research on it prior to coming. The beach is amazing the house is amazing the water is amazing the closeness to the beach is amazing the walkability to everything is amazing but you are crammed into a small section of beach when there is tons of open space down the beach or the umbrella company shouldn't get to take all the space up. I like to think we will come back but when you have such a small space for families to set up on the beach without being on top of each other its a little ridiculous. That is not the property of Sea Side's fault just a frustration of the location. Our family had a fabulous time and was blown away by the awesomeness of the property and all the amenities it provided. Definitely loved the area and will look to come back again but possibly with not so crowded of a beach time. I know this is peak family time as well in June/July so maybe we come back in a different month. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Can't recommend this home enough
The other reviews really didn't do this property justice. It's immaculately clean, beautifully designed, has three primary suites (two downstairs and one upstairs) and is just two minutes (if you walk slowly) from the beach. The kitchen is incredible. You don't need to rent a car if you're wanting to enjoy Rosemary and Alys, you can walk or bike to most of the area. Tons of restaurants and shopping within a 5-10min walk. The sand at the beach is like powdered sugar and the water is beautiful. The beach you can access from the house is very busy, but we had no problem finding a spot each day. There were even chairs and an umbrella at the house so we didn't have to rent anything. It's not easy to find an Uber in the area, so be aware of that and the grocery stores aren't in walking distance. The host was so kind and responsive and the area felt extremely safe and clean. We had a wonderful stay and will be sure to come back!!

Great house, fabulous view. Kitchen was beautiful , had everything you’d need!! Pool and grounds were great. We walked everywhere, Rosemary beach is very unique. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Hi! We're Sea.Away | 30A. Our family realized our dream of owning a beach home on 30A between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach in 2016. We are so excited to invite other beach lovers to our home and we continuously renovate the home to make it even more magical for our family and for our guests. We recently renovated the second floor outdoor space, replacing the floor with Trex flooring to keep your feet cool and splinter free. We also added a covered portion to the deck for enjoyable outdoor dining even on a hot, sunny day. In the winter of 2020, we fully renovated the second floor kitchen, living, and dining room!

We adore the relaxation found on 30A - with the bike paths, nature trails, restaurants, coffee shops, bookstores, boutiques, spas and of course - the sunsets!!

What makes this property unique

Our favorite part of our home is the "oh so short distance" from the beach. You can walk to the ocean in less than a minute. This is a great spot for families who have a lot of gear to take to the beach or even groups of people planning on relaxing on the sand during the day. Our home was decorated our family including all of the artwork - it was handmade and inspired by the landscapes of 30A. We hoped to create a space that would allow every traveler to feel at home and at ease.
