Great house and location

Great house and location. Very close to pool and easy walk/team ride to beach. Jill was a great host and a very good communicator that checked in during our stay to make everything was good.

Wonderful location and amenities in Rosemary beach, close to shops and eating. Great communication with the host, she made it so easy. House had everything we could have possibly needed. Will be sure to come again.

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

The house is lovely, spacious, and has everything you need for a great vacation. The locations is literally steps from the beautiful pool. Getting to the beach is quick and easy whether you’re walking or catching the team. Jill, the home owner, thought of everything and we felt so welcome. We had a great time!

Spacious and relaxing property

We stayed at Jill’s property for one week. We had 3 teens, one toddler and 4 adults. The property is very spacious, has comfortable furniture and beach chairs among other things. We truly enjoyed a short walk to the beach, a large wrap around porch and a wonderful community pool. This house is also very close to a nice shopping center. Jill is a great host! She went the extra mile to make sure that our stay is comfortable and we have all we need. We recommend this property!

Perfect!

My family traveled almost 3000 miles to spend Thanksgiving on 30A with us. It did not disappoint! The house is perfectly located near the front of the development - across the street from the pool and easy walking to the Seacrest shops, bike rentals and restaurants. A few steps more and you are in Rosemary. We didn't need the shuttle or bikes to get to the beach! The house itself was perfect. They even changed out the décor to reflect the holiday...such a great touch! Rooms and bathrooms were comfy and updated. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to cook meals, including a bar cabinet that made my husband jealous! Brand new washer & dryer made it easy to go home with clean clothes and not dread the mountain of laundry when we returned. Communication was easier than any other rental I've done. Jill texted asking about our stay and offering to answer questions, several times during our stay. Don't hesitate to rent this home! (oh - and it also has a carriage house off the back. We didn't need it but would be a GREAT inlaw suite or place to put noisy teenagers!)

I bought my home new in 2004 and it was my personal family vacation home until 2015, when I converted it to my vacation rental, 'Seas the Moment!'. I am also the Property Manager and my goal is to make every guests stay at my home comfortable and enjoyable. My family and friends have created wonderful memories in Seacrest Beach and my desire is to share my home with guests who will do the same!

The Seacrest Beach neighborhood is a safe, side walk community for families to visit and to enjoy the amenity of the Lagoon Pool and the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast.
