Villa was beautiful and clean. The host’s communication was very good; always available and super accommodating. We stayed over Christmas and the sun never quite reached over all the pool which was slightly irritating, but of course no fault of the host! Would definitely recommend.

No steep hills, or we don't think so. From Khao Phra Soi 1 road, it's straight down to Fisherman's Village night life and day time pleasures. On route to beaches around the north east coast, we are located in the no.1 area of Koh Samui.

Experience of recent guests, they tell us we have:
1. Great space and everything to enjoy.
2. Quiet at night, with magical views day or night
3. Internet warriors tell us work spaces are ideal for working.
4. No aeroplane noise, and only 15 minutes from the airport.
5. Huge living spaces, and fine sized bedrooms all with on-suite bathrooms.
6. They tell us they feel right at home from the minute they arrive.

We tick all the boxes.
