Magnificent apartment located in the Benal Beach urbanization on the third floor with beautiful frontal sea views. Benal Beach is an urbanization characterized by its wonderful garden area and large swimming pools that are open all year. It is ideal for two people although it can also accommodate 4 people, it has a 1.35 wide bed and it also has a sofa bed that transforms into two 0.90 beds. The apartment has air conditioning, iron and ironing board, 43 "Samsung TV, drying rack, washing machine and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of utensils, juicer, mini-pot, toaster, coffee maker and cutlery. It is located 60 meters from the beach, on the front line, a few meters from the beautiful Parque de la Paloma and also from the Selwo marina park. It takes 10 minutes taking a pleasant walk to Puerto Marina along the promenade. There are many restaurants and supermarkets near the area to walk. If you have a car, you can park inside the Benal Beach complex in its community parking.
