Beautiful renovated apartment of 76 m², large living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet, separate toilet. Large sheltered terrace overlooking the bay and loggia closed. Private access to the roof terrace of the apartment giving a 360 ° view of the bay and the hinterland. Closed sported residence with swimming pool located in 10 mn on foot of the town center, port and beach.
