Located in Cuglieri, a town rich in history and popular traditions in the province of Oristano, it enjoys a beautiful and relaxing view of the surrounding countryside and hills: a large expanse of olive groves and Mediterranean scrub.
The nearest beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by car and are: Santa Caterina di Pittinnuri with its beautiful and suggestive bay, S'Archittu and its beautiful arch of natural rock carved by the force of the sea and the wind over the millennia and declared a natural monument, the cove of Torre del Pozzo and the beach of Is Arenas with its almost 7 kilometers of sand.

The apartment is perfect for a holiday in different periods of the year, starting from the Carnival because not far from Oristano where La Sartiglia takes place in those days, the race to the star, one of the oldest equestrian events that still take place in the Mediterranean area and one of the most spectacular and choreographic forms of Carnival in Sardinia.
In the Easter period do not miss the ancient rites of Holy Week in Cuglieri, with the evocative Good Friday procession.
Spring and autumn are the best times for nature walks to discover the area, its forest and undergrowth and the S'Istrampu 'and Massabari waterfalls and the most suggestive Cabu Nieddu waterfall that is thrown into the sea with a jump about 40 meters.
In summer, in addition to beach tourism, it is a period of popular festivals and events.
