My wife and I purchased our home before we were married and before our two girls. When we were younger we always went to other shore towns that had bars and restaurants, but when we had children we fell in love with Ocean City because of it's family atmosphere and the boardwalk. No shore town beats Ocean City for bringing families together and creating lifelong memories.

Why they chose this property

Our home is on the beach block and and one house off the beach. There are no streets to cross, just the alley to get the beach. We typically setup our beach stuff in the morning and come back and forth to the house during the day for lunch, snacks, drinks or use the restroom.

What makes this property unique

When I first walked up the stairs to enter the home and saw the view of the beach and I could hear the ocean waves crashing on the sand and immediately knew this was the house for our family. It may not be brand new, but remember the phrase, location, location, location.
