Apartment in Eurotennis complex on the beachfront with direct access to the beach, in Villajoyosa. 5 minutes by car from Benidorm. It has 1 bedroom and capacity for 4 people.

50 m² renovated, charming and modern accommodation, with front views of the sea and the mountain.



It has a terrace with views, internet access (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, ceiling fan in the bedroom, 2 Smart TV televisions, iron and hairdryer.

The American induction kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.



Urbanisation with beach access (semi-private) featuring 16 tennis courts of different types, large community swimming pool with children's area, sunbeds and umbrellas (sometimes may close for a month in winter), beach bar within the complex (seasonal), parking, petanque court and children's area, access to coves and landscaped green areas and access to hiking routes. Beautiful property in a stunning location

The views are stunning. A private beach & fabulous pool. The rooms contained everything you need. The beds were comfortable. the linen was freshly laundered. We loved it. Thank you team 💕 The sink plug needs replacing. I couldn’t work the induction hob so instructions would have helped

The view from the balcony

The view from the balcony. The description of the apartment was accurate. Appreciated the welcome pack of water and coffee etc. The town of Villajoyosa was beautiful. The constant noise from the building works going on in a couple of apartments. The workmen using a shopping trolley full of cement and rubble and dropping debris in the lift. The facilities were all closed so nowhere to eatbuy a drink. The area was dirty and tired looking in some parts. Tennis courts looked in need of attention.

Views to die for

The location is amazing. The beach is short a stroll through lovely gardens. The views from the balcony are stunning. Summer has a great beach bar with fabulous food. The apartment has all you need but for a few adjustments I have listed below. A couple of times a day the drains really smell horrible. The kitchen sink plug has no rubber so does not work as a plug. I have still not yet been able to work the induction hob. Instructions please. The blue chairs for the table need adjustingtightening for safety & comfort. A number of apartments have been upgraded. I suggest the fence to the balcony is painted from the rusty finish to a nice white to give a cared for look

Estupendo apartamento renovado con vistas al mar en Villajoyosa

El apartamento realmente es estupendo, está renovado totalmente, por lo tanto todo está muy nuevo, tiene una cama de 135 y un sofa-cama bastante cómodo. La cocina tiene todos los utensilios y artefactos eléctricos necesarios, inclusive dan una bolsita con jabón detergente y paño. Es muy fácil aparcar. La ropa de cama y las toallas muy limpias. Tiene vista al mar, salida al balcón (con vista al mar), de noche se puede escuchar el mar a lo lejos. En el armario del balcón hay raquetas y pelotas para jugar en las canchas de tennis y hasta bolas de petancas. Estuvimos en abril y por tanto no había casi nadie y el chiringuito estaba cerrado evidentemente. Tiene una tv en la sala y otra tv pequeña en la habitación. Hay lavadora. Hay aire acondicionado en la sala, es nuevo y funciona estupendo. La entrega de llaves. En los e-mails que recibí de booking no estaba la hora de entrada, y la cual es a partir de las 16.30h. Bastante tarde en comparación con la mayoría de alojamientos. Hay que mirar bien en la reserva donde sale la hora. El personal de booking benidorm no sabía indicarme dónde quedaba el edificio, el cual no tiene ni número, ni letras, ni tampoco hay señalización en las calles. El gps te lleva perfectamente pero es un edificio enorme con 2 bloques de apartamentos y ninguna de las personas que me atendió por teléfono supo decirme si yo estaba en el lugar correcto, y se limitaban a decirme que pusiera el gps. Fue muy estresante, al final logré encontrar el apartamento gracias a los obreros que están renovando otros apartamentos. Las almohadas a pesar de ser nuevas son excesivamente gruesas y el colchón de la cama parece ortopédico porque es muy duro (para quien le guste, es perfecto). Hay que mantener abierta la ventana del baño porque salen gases de cloaca aunque lo mantuviésemos echando agua. La basura hay que sacarla pero no te dicen dónde tirarla, al final descubrimos un espacio a la entrada de los bloques, a mano derecha, donde están todos los contenedores, inclusive para tirar basura separada para el reciclaje. A pesar de ésto, y si se toman estas precauciones sobre la hora de entrada y pedir que envíen la dirección exacta (y no solamente el nombre de la calle como me pasó a mi), creo que es un sitio estupendo para alojarse y no dudo en recomendarlo.

Hola Yolanda, la verdad que es un apartamento muy acogedor con todas las comodidades que uno espera. Respecto a la recogida de llaves y entrada, sí que lo dice, los apartamentos tienen la salida a las 11:00 y han de prepararse con esmero para los siguientes clientes. Respecto a la ubicación, como ya dice es un complejo bastante grande, desde la oficina no podemos saber donde se encuentra usted. De todos modos, su sugerencia nos ayuda a mejorar y el cual estamos llevando a cabo desde hace un par de semanas. Gracias

Hay muchas cosas a mejorar. Entre ellas coordinación entre personas responsables de la gestión.

Ubicación, amabilidad del personal, terraza exterior. Apartamento agradable aunque mucho por mejorar. Limpieza en algunas zonas como ventanas baño y habitación están realmente sucias. Reparaciones de cosas por uso, hay unas cuantas pendientes y otras para sustituir por nuevas, en todas las estancias. El sofá y por lo tanto su sofá cama, están muy mal, no hay quien duerma en un colchón tan horrible en todos sus aspectos, malísimo, deberían sustituir ya que es una cama más de descanso y no se descansa nada en absoluto si duermes ahí. El colchón de la habitación es duro en extremo, mejor que el del sofá, aunque de muy baja calidad. Son aspectos muy importantes a mejorar. Ganaría muchos puntos.

Gracias Milagros por tu valoración. Hemos tomado buena nota de ello. Hemos bloqueado el alojamiento para realizar la reparaciones leves, y encargado un sofá cama nuevo. En cuanto a la limpieza sentimos lo ocurrido y enviamos el reporte al departamento correspondiente, la verdad es que nos sorprende un poco ya que es uno de nuestro fuertes. Verificaremos lo ocurrido para que no se repita de nuevo.
