6 beautiful, large bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 18 (please note that any guests over 15 will be 50 per night extra) with the additions of a sofa bed and a futon accommodating 20 guests. 3 full bathrooms, contemporary kitchen with granite counter tops, loaded with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.
This home contains a full size laundry room with a washer, dryer, and iron.

Kick your feet up in the living room with a 55" smart TV featuring over 230 channels and fast speed internet access to take care of your business while vacationing. Sit around the fire place while enjoying the scenic views of the sunset on the water.
Head up to the 3rd floor for exercise, gaming, table tennis and more. Books and board games for the kids and a large TV. Tons of sitting room with couches, and chairs.

Martin’s home in AC was great for our large bachelor party! There were enough beds where everyone had their own bed to sleep in, and Martin was very responsive and willing to assist with anything. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great weekend with a large group.

Great place for a big group!

Martin’s house was great for a summer weekend. We had 11 guys and it was perfectly comfortable. The views are beautiful, the backyard is perfect for lawn games, and the place was overall very clean. Great distance from lots of activities. Check-in/check-out was easy and Martin was easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend for group getaways!

AC bachelor weekend to remember

If you’re looking to host a big group in AC, this home is a great option. We had 16 people stay on the property for a bachelor party, and everyone had their own bed. The location was central to all of our stops. When we were at the house, the backyard was perfect for summer sunsets and grilling. Plus Martin was very responsive!

10/10 PERFECT Big Group House!

10/10!! PERFECT large group/bachelor party house. 5-10 minute drive to the casinos/boardwalk depending on traffic/lights. So very convenient and easy to get to. We had 11 total guys. Everyone had their own bed. And plenty of bathrooms & showers to use when getting ready to hit the town. Has everything you want for an AC bachelor party/big group house. Game room upstairs. Big open kitchen & TV area with plenty of seating. Deck and backyard were great and best part!! We ended up cancelling both night’s dinner reservations to enjoy the sunset, views of the bay and just bbq instead. The host, Martin, was great too! Very accommodating and responsive. Asked if we wanted an early check-in and a late check-out. Whole arrival and lead-up process was very easy too. Martin was in touch the days leading up to our stay and gave us all the info we needed before arriving so we could get right in. Overall great experience and we plan on staying there again next time we have a large group going to AC.

Great home for big groups, close by to AC

Excellent house if you would like to be on the bay and close to AC. I went for a friend's 50th birthday celebration with a group of 14 and the house accommodated us all perfectly. We asked for an early check in and late check out and Martin was kind enough to allow both. Check in was the only part of my experience that was strange - someone was supposed to meet us at the house to allow us in but after about 10 min I was given the door code to let ourselves in. Not sure why we weren't given the code when we arrived instead of waiting outside to meet someone.

LOVELY SUNSETS

MY GROUP OF 15 FAMILY MEMBERS ENJOYED OUR TIME THERE BECAUSE OF THE VIEW AND OUTDOOR OPEN AREA FOR GAMES. THE HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN. THE BATHROOMS WERE LARGE. THE HOST WAS EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING AND ALWAYS RETURNED MY CALLS.

What a great place to stay!

Our friend referred us to this property a d it was a really good suggestion. The place is Massive! You keep finding beds and rooms everywhere you turn! The space is just perfect for large groups of friends and family. Martin the owner is such a sweet guy and was very very responsive. The check in process was super easy and the stay was nothing short of perfect. If I were to suggest anything it would be to sit on the back porch and watch the sunsets, you'll put the cherry on top to your stay!

Great stay at this property, Martin was easily accessible and made it a smooth process. The house was clean and a great size for a group of 14 that wanted to gamble and golf. Close Uber to the Borgota for night out and a great backyard. Would highly recommend this property for a fun getaway.

The property more than comfortably fit my friends and I. The house has lots of room to hang out, relax, spend time outside, grill - and everyone was able to sleep quite comfortably. The property itself is a bit removed from the boardwalk/casino area (which was what we wanted), but is still just a short drive over to that area if that's what you're looking for. Martin made sure that we were well taken care of and had no issues whatsoever. Was very communicative and prompt to reply to all inquiries. Should we ever revisit in Atlantic City, I'd happily stay here again.

Great Weekend in AC

Martin was an incredible host and got us into the house early. The house was amazing and there were lots of beds. Beautiful sunsets and kitchen and grill were properly stocked. Bring your own soap and shampoo. Recommend this house very highly
