Stay in Barcelona with My Space

Not a pleasant experience,apartment was a let down ,tired and badly serviced. I informed the office of this bu was only offered a clean,l refused this as l had done it myself. They would only communicate by text. We left the apartment early and flew home. I informed them of this .l have only had a form from them asking for a review.Once again no communication. They still have clos to £400 refundable deposit which l have requested 3 times via email.Still no communication!, Exceptionally frustrating and worrying. We are a couple in our 70’s and experienced travellers. Never dealt with such a disappointing company

Not great

This might be good for someone who is not particular about comfort, accessability or utility. The bed was very hard, not firm, hard. The dishwasher was missing the front cover of the appliance. The AC was only a portable machine in one room that did not cool the back bedrooms. Also, the hose to vent the AC unit needed to be put out the sliding doors which did not lock. There was some rust around tub drain and other plumbing had some exposure. The phone key system was not bad but despite having 3 guests, we had only one access key. We didn’t bother to get the others because of all the discomforts. We left after 2 nights to a beautiful place which was the same price with three times the space. We lost money but gained comfort and pleasure.

Ideal Barcelona location

This is a fantastic location in the city. I love this apartment. Super easy to get in and out with an app. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. My only criticisms are that the LR furniture was in rough shape and the twin beds (and their trundle beds underneath) in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were not very comfortable according to our adult son and his girlfriend who spent only one night there. But I’d definitely stay there again! It was very clean which is always my #1 priority. Thank you MySpace Barcelona.

A Disappointing Expensive Experience.

We were unable to enter our apartment the first night of our stay. No one responded to the emergency help number . We had to find a hotel at 1:30 am and pay $560 euro for that night. The app JustIn was inconsistent. I was never was able to enter the apartment using the app. Next morning one friend was able to download and use the app. There were insufficient towels - only 5 ( no hand towels, bath mat, or dish towels). There were 2 rolls for three people for 6 days. There were broken items-front panel of dishwasher was gone, ottoman collapsed when sat upon, a torn shower curtain. The pool was dilapidated and such a high chlorine content it was unusable. Location was excellent near restaurants, the metro and nord bus terminal. The apartment was clean. We would like to be compensated for our hotel that first night. I have receipts.

Super appartement très bien situé

Première location via une agence de Barcelone et abritel . Vraiment pas déçu de l'appartement proposé pour notre week-end en famille. Je met 5 étoiles pour l'ensemble général de la prestation malgré ne pas avoir réussi a allumer le four ainsi que la tv. Mais space Barcelone est a notre écoute, et l'enregistrement et la remise des clefs est pratique. L'appartement est propre bien équipé et plutôt calme . Nous reviendrons.

Nice location, could be improved with minimal effort

Great location in near Barcelona central area, apt is really one large bedroom with 2 more extremely small bedrooms. Each of the small bedrooms has a cot size bed, very small. Central access was not functioning and the owner had put two portable units in, which are not vented correctly and require the sliding windows to be open to work. Very loud and inefficient but functional. Overall ok, but would be much better with functional a/c, some paper towels, and quality toilet tissue. Some common kitchen items are not present, such as a bottle opener. Overall just average.
