Simply furnished, it has TV, WiFi, Fan, DVD player, books and games in box, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothesline and oven, gas hob, electric kettle, toast machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine. Externally, Patrizia's House has a beautiful lake view terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and a small garden at the back of the house.

Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Comersee
...die kleine Ferienwohnung punktet mit einem wirklich spektakulären Blick über den den See und die Berge, incl. Sonnenuntergang! Jetzt im Herbst konnten wir die Tür immer offen haben und konnten den Blick wirklich rund um die Uhr genießen. Auch unser Hund konnte dabei sein. Wir waren allein in der Anlage, sind direkt von dort nach Varenna gelaufen, Varenna selbst ist wirklich auch sehr zu empfehlen. Parkplatz war jetzt im Herbst gar kein Problem.
Die Zugstrecke verläuft direkt unterhalb des Balkons - was wir aber nach lange als störend empfunden haben.
Leider ist die Wohnung, nach unserem Empfindem, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ganz besonders die Küchezeile... Außerdem waren besonders die Küchenschränke wirklich nicht sauber und der Kühlschrank echt schmutzig..
Eigentlich würde ich sagen dass wir eigentlich nicht so penibel sind - aber irgendwie hat für uns das Preisleistungsverhältnis hier nicht richtig gestimmt, daher haben wir insgesamt nur 3 Sterne gegeben.
Etwas Organisatorisches: den Schlüssel mussten wir bis 18 Uhr an der Agentur (mitten in Varenna!) abholen - wenn wir das nicht geschafft hätten - wären zusätzlich 50 Euro Gebühr für "Spätankunft" angefallen...das hat uns echt etwas befremdet - in Zeiten von Schlüsselsafe& Co

Nur eine Bemerkung: die Spätankunft bezahlt man, nur wenn wir im Büro langer als 18 bleiben müssen, aber normalerweise lassen wir die Schlussel in einem Key box lassen. Die 50 Euro die sie bezahlt haben waren für den Hund.
