The apartment is fully furnished and has a fantastic panoramic view of Bellagio: the terrace is perfect for enjoying the sunsets over the lake or relaxing with a drink.



Inside, Casa Patrizia has a living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Simply furnished, it has TV, WiFi, Fan, DVD player, books and games in box, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothesline and oven, gas hob, electric kettle, toast machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine. Externally, Patrizia's House has a beautiful lake view terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and a small garden at the back of the house.



Patrizia's House is a few meters from the public parking, 1 km from the lake, 3 km from the center of Varenna and 4 km from the train station and ferry of Varenna, which connect it to Milan and all the center of the lake.
