Incredible bungalow with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms in front of the sea. We are pleased to offer this completely renovated house. Bungalow located in the quiet and peaceful area of ​​Amarilla Golf in the Ocean Ridge complex. The house has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen, large living room with access to a large terrace with incredible views. From the terrace there are incredible views of the sea and the mountains. The house has 75 m2 interior and a terrace of 25 m2. Very quiet and very careful complex. The complex has a heated community pool. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, induction hob, washing machine and dishwasher.
A perfect place for those looking for a quiet place and still unspoiled area of ​​the island of Tenerife, while at the same time are close to areas of high activity. Golf course less than 200 meters and Marina Amarilla Marina 10 minutes walk. Very well located, with easy access to the main highway, 10 minutes by car from the Tenerife South airport and only 10 minutes by car from the main tourist cities of Tenerife of Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas and Costa Adeje. Behind the property there is a protected nature area and in front of the house there is a small beach of Callao and the famous green puddle of Archiles.
Within walking distance there is a promenade that goes to the Amarilla Marina where you can book excursions to dive, see dolphins go by submarine and other water sport activities. The complex is also surrounded by two golf courses, which are Amarilla Golf and Golf del Sur, with 18 and 27 holes respectively.

Priceless View

The location of the house is fantastic. The view is magnificent. Breakfast on the terrace is priceless. We really enjoyed our stay. You quickly fall in love with the sunrise as well as the sunset. It was very clean and everything was perfectly prepared. Communication with the agency was fast, smooth and friendly. We would love to come back.

Wir kommen wieder

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal dort und kommen bestimmt wieder. Die Lage ist einmalig. Der Blick von der Terrasse einfach wunderschön. Uns haben die Flugzeuge aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen auch nicht gestört.Da der Pool beheizt ist, konnten wir auch bei Wind und Wolken baden. Darüber hinaus gab es tolle hochwertige Gastgeschenke für alle Familienmitglieder. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern war herzlich. Lediglich der Service der Plattform Fewo-Direkt war ausbaufähig.

sehr gut mit Einschränkungen

Wir sind mit 3 Erwachsenen angereist. Wenn man nachts das Atlantikrauschen hört oder morgens die elektr. Rollos hochfährt und aufs Meer blickt, geht einem das Herz auf. Die geografische Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Ausstattung und Technik, Empfang durch die Vermieter mit Glückwünschen zum Familienfest mit wunderbarem Empfangskorb und Einweisung waren sehr sehr gut. Es gibt jedoch auch Kritik: Der Wanderweg Los Abrigos - Montana Amarilla ist neu ausgebaut und führt direkt an der Hausterrasse in Augenhöhe vorbei. Die Terrasse und durch die großen Fenstertüren der Wohnbereich sind für die Wanderer (einzelne, Paare, kleine und größere Gruppen bis 12 Personen insbesondere am Wochenende) komplett einsehbar. Eine Privatsphäre ist auf der Terrasse dadurch nicht gegeben. Neben neugierigen Blicken schlägt ihnen teilweise auch ein freundliches "Buenos diaz!" entgegen. Eine derartige Einschränkung gehört u.a. unbedingt in die Beschreibung. Die oberen Teile der Einbauschränke sind verschlossen (privat) und die unteren dienen mangels eines Abstellraums als Stauraum für Haushaltsgeräte wie Bügelbrett, Staubsauger, Putzeimer, Spielzeug, Badeutensilien usw., im 3-Bettzimmer stand dadurch nicht einmal 1/4 des unteren Schrankraums zur Verfügung. Bei Nutzung des Raumes durch eine Person musste diese teilweise aus dem Koffer leben. Stauraum für die Koffer fehlte generell. Die in der Anzeige erwähnten Boot und Fahrräder waren nicht vorhanden.

Ein wunderbarer Ort, um Ruhe und Natur zu genießen

Wir kennen die Anlage 'Ocean Ridge' schon seit vielen Jahren. Zuletzt hatten wir im Oktober 2017 eine Woche in einem der Bungalows verbracht. Die bei FeWo direkt privat angebotene Wohnung ist sehr schön renoviert und neu möbliert worden. Besonders die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche hat uns begeistert. - Einzig ein unangenehmer Geruch unbekannter Herkunft, der ein paar mal mit dem Wind heran getragen wurde, hat gestört - den gab früher nicht. Unabhängig davon werden wir sicherlich erneut hier buchen, weil es eine einmalige Lage ist und die Wohnung viel Komfort bietet.

Lovely modern and tasteful bungalow at the seaside

We ( 2 couples, aged 56 upwards ) really enjoyed our stay at this Bungalow over Xmas. The bungalow was very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it was very well decorated and finished to a high standard.It was also in an excellent location which overlooked the sea, mountains and from the large balcony we could see the Amarillo golf club. Nathalie the owner was very friendly and helpful and kindly left us a xmas hamper for our stay which was much appreciated. The accommodation was spacious enough for us and we ate out at lots of nice restaurants in the area. We also enjoyed sunbathing and swimming at the pool which we had to ourselves so we didn't have to worry about making sure we could get a lounger. We also enjoyed golfing at the various Golf Del Sur golf courses during our stay. The weather was lovely 25 degrees most days, overall we would be more than happy to recommend this property and to return there in the future.

Fantastisch mooi!

Alles is hier super! Een prachtig uitzicht over zee en het aanliggend natuurgebied, een warm onthaal, alle comfort en mooie inrichting, snel internet en goed uitgeruste keuken. De vriendelijke gastvrouw legt alles goed uit. Het zwembad is heel proper en van de andere gasten heb je absoluut geen last. Hier vind je rust. We hebben al zin om terug te komen. Gewoonweg ideaal!
