ONE BEDROOM CONDO TO DIE FOR Royal Garden 803

This condo is located in the family friendly Garden City Beach Area just south of Myrtle Beach. This one bedroom condo is in the 16 story high rise Royal Garden Resort. The Royal Garden Resort has a large outdoor and indoor swimming pool and a hot tub. Linens are included in the reservation.

Come Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and outdoor kiddie pool, and cornhole. We have an onsite family friendly beach bar and grill that offers a variety of special drinks and food.
Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience. We can provide contact-less check-in if requested.
You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearance is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability. Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.
This beautiful condo is 5 miles from the family friendly Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, close to jet ski and banana boat rentals, fishing, and many more attractions and restaurants.

Not a very good 58th anniversary for my wife and I. No fault of Royal Garden but loss of two nights rental charges. Ugh!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We only stayed a few days and I loved that we could do that. Sometimes you don't have the time/opportunity to stay an entire week. The staff was friendly and efficient. Check-in was a breeze, no pun intended.This condo had a king bed (We always rent king bed units) and it was the most comfortable bed, great night's sleep. Made the bedroom a little tight but that was ok. The unit was clean. Great that the second bathroom had a shower (sometimes you only get a bath and a half). The kitchen/livingroom area was very spacious for a one bedroom. The deck, also, was spacious for a one bedroom. Plenty of deck furniture.The unit itself was quiet. The only complaint we would have this trip was the fireworks that were being let off near our building (at high tide. Really? C'mon people.). Debris was flying onto our deck. Garden City really needs to enforce its ordinances. We ate at the Conch twice. It's within walking distance, food and drink very good. Bubbas Fish Shack short drive away, good eats and reasonably priced. The bar in the building was so nice to have available. Check hours for your trip.In general, this was a very nice place to stay.We would have given it an excellent with tall deck chairs and a larger TV. We have rented many units and houses over the years and the only trend I see over other places we have traveled is that many Myrtle units/homes do not update often enough (some we've stayed it's been decades). Though we found this unit to be bright, clean and comfortable, it could use some updating.

On the plus side. Clean, Location, felt safe , ocean front, complex amenities even though the outdoor pools were closed, we weren’t looking to swim .hotel restaurant. Clean bedding, didn’t seam overused . Negatives, beds too hard, bathrooms fixtures too short, shower very small and should have a hand held shower head. Couldn’t shower without getting my hair wet. Master bath needs a grab bar near tub, tub slants so it’s dangerous to get out. Living Rm furniture too short and not comfy. Wifi didn’t work even after unplugging & starting it up. Slider to balcony was hard to move. Overall we did enjoy our stay but most of our time was spent away from the condo with golfing & eating out.

Had a Woderful vacation it was my wife's first visit we're on our way home and she's ready to book our next visit. Very clean condo and ocean front the bed was so comfortable and soft every thing was close by. Can't wait to return.

Reviewer Comments: After I had to clean the place the stay was good but all the reviews I seen beforehand that said very clean nope it wasn’t that place hasn’t seen a good mopping in some time or a dusting and the bathrooms still had someone else’s shampoo on the walls and pee on the base of the toilet I bleached everything in the bathrooms and I washed the bath rugs kitchen coffee pot I also bleached and glass top table looked as if it had been wiped with a dirty rag I was so glad I took my own linens and blankets god did not knows when that has seen a good washing needless to say I will not be back the beach view was the best feature
