About this property

Wonderful 2nd floor condo with a great view of the Atlantic Ocean!

This condo is located in the family friendly Garden City Beach Area just south of Myrtle Beach. This two bedroom condo is in the 16 story high rise Royal Garden Resort. The Royal Garden Resort has a large outdoor and indoor swimming pool and a hot tub. Linens are included in the reservation.

Come Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and outdoor kiddie pool, and cornhole. We have an onsite family friendly beach bar and grill that offers a variety of special drinks and food.
Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience. We can provide contactless check-in if requested.
You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage Clearance is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability. Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.
This beautiful condo is 5 miles from the family friendly Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, close to jet ski and banana boat rentals, fishing, and many more attractions and restaurants.

Family fall trip

Very nice place! Clean, great location, we had everything we needed. Very friendly staff from front desk to maintenance workers. Nice pool areas and steps to the beach. Twin beds could use a little updating but we would definitely stay here again!

Rooms were smaller than expected. Sofa sagged in the middle needs to be replaced, freezer did not work correctly was full of ice. Did like how close to the beach it is. Quick elevators. Parking deck was confusing when first got there.

Great condo! Will stay again!

This condo was clean, well maintained, well equipped (kitchen, etc) and a pleasure to stay at. Property amenities were great (indoor & outdoor pool + big hot tub), and it was evident that the maintenance department kept things running nicely. It is also very evident that the owners of this property really care for their place. We will be staying here again! Side note: Mattresses in twin room need to be replaced - wasn't much of an issue for us because we have small children.

In matter of fact 205, 206, 209 notice a Christian decorating atmosphere in all 3 Units/1st Unit decorating in beach scenery. I was happy in selecting all the Units for my friends/ family reunion. Each was happy in the selection that I made with Seabreeze Reality Company and the staff members of Lindsay, Logan, and Patti that I worked with. Royal Garden Resort is a great location to activities in Merrill Inlet. I highly will recommends this place to friends and family.

Evaluation

Location is good. Condition of property not so good. No lamps in living area. Only one lamp in each bedroom with low wattage bulbs making it almost impossible to read. Tv remotes in the two bedrooms had no batteries. Cable man was sent to the room and said the tvs were broke and the owner knew but would not repair. The furniture had been used quite a bit and was not comfortable. This unit should not be advertised by Vrbo.com or the realtor until repairs and upgrades are done. The realtor staff were very pleasant and did what they could. I wish check out could have been a little later.

Reviewer Comments: upon arrival we found a two inch roach in our bedroom, mildew on the shower curtains, a red sticky substance on the master comforter and pillows, and the game room token machine was out of order. Property was located away from the touristy part Myrtle Beach which we wanted yet close enough to grocery stores and restaurants.
