Independent kitchen fully equipped with a third terrace drying rack on this floor and washing machine. On the top floor or attic, a study or reading area with bathroom-toilet and direct access to the large private outdoor terrace of 80m2 that is equipped with sun loungers to enjoy the sun of Tenerife in the most intimate way as well as another board game and four outdoor chairs to enjoy the beautiful views of this house.

Great Apartment in Great Location

Lovely apartment, great layout and has everything you would require for a stay in the quiet little town of Alcala. The roof terrace is massive, and good for enjoying the sunshine. You have a couple of cafes/bars within close distance, and a decent sized supermarket within the apartment complex - with the other bars/restaurants of Alcala within easy walking distance. Plenty of on-street parking available too - would definitely consider renting this apartment again - 5 stars!

Alcala ist ein guter Ort fĂŒr Reisende, die keine Menschenmassen mögen

Eine gut ausgestattete, grosszĂŒgige Wohnung. Der Blick von der schönen Terrasse ist nicht ganz so gut; dafĂŒr haben wir die Lage geschĂ€tzt. Bei aufgetretenen Problemen hat Antonio innerhalb von wenigen Stunden geholfen. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen.

Moderne flat

Moderne flat met onmiddellijk om de hoek een winkel waar je alles kan vinden. Het terras is groot en je hebt steeds zon. Het appartement is van alles voorzien. Uitgebreid koken moet je echter niet doen. Heel sympathieke eigenaar en super vriendelijke dame voor het onthaal.

Bra bostad med bra lÀge.

FrÀsch vÄning med gott om plats för 4 personer, tex 2 par eller en barnfamilj. UtmÀrkt med tvÄ badrum. Bra att det fanns tvÀttmaskin. Terassen anvÀnde vi flitigt. Den var stor och det fanns tillgÄng till bÄde skugga och sol och bra möblering. I köket finns det mest elementÀra, men vi saknade rejÀla grytor och stekjÀrn. SÀngarna var nya och bra. PÄ grannbalkongen fanns ett flertal kanariefÄglar som började kvittra pÄ morgonkvisten. HÀrligt! Bra med vÀdringsmöjligheter. Ingen A/C men behövdes inte nÀr vi var hÀr i februari. Wi-Fi-nÀtverk fungerade bra. Vi hade bra kontakt med förmedlaren som hjÀlpte oss nÀr vi behövde nÄgot. Byn Alcala Àr en trevlig lugn liten by med bra bad- och-promenadmöjligheter. Gott om mataffÀren och restauranger och barer. Det finns bra bussförbindelser samt möjlighet att hyra bil. Sammanfattningsvis en utmÀrkt lÀngre vistelse för oss tvÄ medelÄlders par.
