Spacious Triplex just 2.5 km away from Maspalomas Beach and Maspalomas Golf. The house has fully equipped kitchen, 2 living room, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 3 terrace and garden. It also has private parking space and pool in the complex.

The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, terrace and garden.
In the top floor there are 2 double bedrooms (one of them with extra-large bed) with balcony and 1 bathroom divided into 2 spaces for higher comfort.
Finally, the ground floor has another living room, bathroom, 2 doble bedrooms (one with 2 individual beds and the other one with doble bed) and two terrace, where you can play ping-pong.

There is a PRIVATE PARKING SPACE for the house in the entrance of the complex. If you have more than one car there is free parking on the street in this area.
The complex has also SWIMMING POOL open all year.

Casa cómoda y tranquila bien comunicada

Estuvimos en familia muy cómodos. La casa dispone de todas las facilidades y utensilios (salvo útiles de aseo, servilletas o papel de cocina). Muchas opciones para entretener a niños, incluso cubos, palas y raquetas para playa. La terraza muy agradable. En coche llegas en 10 min a varias playas y andando a Meloneras en unos 20 min. Facilidades para la llegada y muy buena comunicación.
