Arcachonnaise type villa completely renovated with wifi, close to the most beautiful beach of Andernos and marina. The house has all the comforts with a large terrace equipped with parasol, table, 8 sun loungers overlooking the secure and heated swimming pool (from mid May to mid October) with wooden deck and barbecue available. 2 parking spaces. Access from the villa directly on the cycle track (6 adult bikes available) that can safely take you directly to the covered market, shops, walk around the Bassin, the Ocean and to the Cap Ferret peninsula .
Many walks to do around the site: Tour of the Ile aux Oiseaux, day at the Découte du Banc d'Arguin or Dune du Pilat. Many events in summer: Fireworks on the water in July and August, Jazz festival in late July; fishing in the Basin with visit to the oyster beds.
Linens provided (sheets, towels etc.), regular cleaning. and personalized welcome.
The villa is 110 M2, with 4 bedrooms equipped with TV: 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed, 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds. A living room: dining room and TV lounge + fitted kitchen with TV + 2 bathrooms + 2 WCs

Fabulous modern villa close to restaurants and the beach

Traditional looking villa with spacious, totally modern interior, plenty of external space, privacy and large pool. The villa is within walking distance of the town centre containing a number and variety of bars and restaurants, not forgetting Betey's boulangerie directly opposite that was our brunch "go to" for us and many locals alike. Not forgetting Isabelle who kept us fully informed and was extremely helpful. In May, the town was fairly quiet but certainly enough to keep us entertained, plus there are fabulous beaches on the ocean coast approximately 60 minutes cycle ride away (cycles provided) and Bordeaux an hour or so on the bus or by car. Would thoroughly recommend

Hébergement conforme a la description.Merci a Isabelle pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité (Car reservation de dernière minute)Très propre.Rien ne manque tout est vraiment prévu que ce soit pour cuisiner pour jouer pour lire ou pour faire les courses....La piscine est vraiment très appréciable .les vélos et la piste cyclable au pied de la maison est un vrai plus pour les ballades et aller au marché.La plage tres proche est très appréciable également Et la boulangerie en face de la maison est parfaite pour les petits déjeuners et les goûters.De jolis couchers de soleil et beaucoup de visites à faire (cabane de pêcheurs, dune du pyla, Arcachon....)Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable

Jolie villa à Andernos

Un séjour 5 étoiles dans une villa parfaitement équipée et spacieuse. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin, de la terrasse et de la piscine qui sont très agréables. Agréable maison, bien équipée propre et fonctionnelle. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire (merci pour le cadeau de bienvenue...) J'avoue que le petit bain du matin dans la piscine chauffée accompagné du croissant chaud acheté juste en face c'est un petit régal !!!! La piste cyclable à l'arrière est également bien pratique.

Accueil d’Isabelle très chaleureux, la maison très propre, très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée, piscine au top et bien chauffée, accès facile derrière la maison à la piste cyclable, la mise à disposition de vélos est un vrai plus , je recommande vivement cette location où il fait bon vivre; Une boulangerie en face de la maison, trop génial pour le petit déjeuner frais tous les matins, marché couvert avec de très bons produits frais , notre séjour en juin 2024 à été une vrai réussite , merci encore Isabelle

Deuxième fois que nous réservons chez Isabelle et nous avons une nouvelle fois passé un très bon séjour. La proximité de la plage, du centre ville, du marché couvert, de la boulangerie, les vélos à disposition, la piscine, la cuisine équipée,... Das Haus liegt an einer stark befahrenen Durchgangsstraße und ist einfach und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Der Pool wertet das Ferienhaus auf, dennoch passte für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht.

Das Haus liegt sehr gut am Rande von Andernos-les-Bains gute Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar. Garten, Pool und Grill sher schön. Auch viele Fahrräder sind vorhanden.

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances à Andernos! Tout était parfait: proche du marché couvert, des plages, du centre ville et juste en face d’une très bonne boulangerie. Nous n’avons quasiment pas eu besoin de la voiture. La maison est très bien agencée et équipée. La piscine est idéale pour nager, jouer, se rafraîchir! Encore un grand merci à notre hôte
