Nice apartment in a two-family villa consisting of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, suitable for 10 adults and 4 children,, living room, air conditioning, large terrace with barbecue, beautiful sea view, wi-fi internet, washing machine, dishwasher, nice shared pool with another apartment, satellite TV with European channels reception, private parking 1.5 km from the first beach. Exposure to the south so much sun quiet area and no noise. So much relaxation.

Mit einem Bus ist die Anfahrt ein Abenteuer

Wir waren in einer größeren Gruppe von 9 Personen unterwegs und sind alle uneben crafter unterwegs gewesen….. wenn dieses Fahrzeug nicht Allradantrieb gehabt hätte wären ein Qual Voller marsch unausweichlich gewesen. Ansonsten war es sehr gut und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ging schnell und Problemlos. Danke dafür….

All small or large cars and 16-seater minibuses go up without double traction, even with the trolley for small sailing boats. You too have never had problems and have been 3 weeks stay

Leider abgewohnt, Außenanlagen ungepflegt , Zufahrt Katastrophe

Maurizio als Vermieter ist wirklich ein sehr charmanter Typ, dennoch erwarte ich einfach für das Geld mehr. Der Ausblick zum Meer war okay. Der Pool und das Apartment sauber. Das Inventar wirkt insgesamt sehr abgewohnt und sollte dringend erneuert werden. Die Zufahrt zum Grundstück stellte sich aufgrund der Enge und Schräge als eher schwierig (Kleinbus) heraus. Die sehr steile Straße ist nichts für schwache Nerven. Von einem Weg zum Meer von 5 Minuten kann nicht die Rede sein. Mein Vater ist gehbehindert und hätte das Meer niemals per pedo erreicht. Die Außenanlagen bedürfen dringend einer Reinigung., da sie sehr ungepflegt wirken. Das Unkraut wucherte ungestört vor sich hin. Insgesamt war meine Familie mit der Wahl nicht glücklich und würde diese Ferienwohnung nicht nochmal buchen.

Villa au top, bord de mer, vue resplendissante !

Villa parfait pour un week end entre ami. On était 14, on a pu bien profité. La villa est très spacieuse, et possède tous les équipements nécessaires. La vue sur la mer est superbe, de jour comme de nuit. Il y a des commerces à proximité, le village est super mignon et l'endroit est très calme. Le propriétaire est aussi très sympathique et à l'écoute. Rien à dire, un vrai plaisir !

Casa con bellissima vista, piscina ed ampia veranda. Posto tranquillo, poco trafficato anche nel periodo di ferragosto. Trovati scogli e caletta a qualche km per tuffi nel mare pulito e blu della Liguria. Casa adatta a famiglie numerose / gruppetti. Unica criticità la strada per arrivarci abbastanza impegnativa. Consigliata comunque x una bellissima vacanza!

Schöne, helle Wohnung

Schöne Wohnung, groß, komfortabel, hell, mit einem schönen Blick auf das Meer, eine große private Terasse. Der Besitzer ist eine Person und steht seinen Gästen immer zur Verfügung, sehr aufmerksam und hilfreich.

Jürgen R. Sehr schöne große, komfortable und helle Wohnung in grüner Hanglage, wunderschöner Blick aufs Meer von der großen Terrasse. Der freundliche Vermieter ist immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Eine klare Empfehlung für einen entspannten Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder.

Ruhige, romantische Lage mit tollem Ausblick

Schönes und sauberes Haus in den Bergen mit einer tollen Aussicht aufs Meer. Gut für zwei Familien, da zwei Bäder mit Toiletten vorhanden sind. Die Terasse ist wie ein zweites grosses Wohnzimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Traumhaft schön...

Jürgen Wunderschöne Lage im Grünen oberhalb von St.Stefano al Mare. Von der großen Sonnenterrasse genießt man den Blick auf den Yachthafen und das Meer. Die großzügige Wohnung ist hervorragend aufgeteilt, sie besteht aus 2 geräumigen Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern sowie einem großen Wohnraum mit integrierter Küche. Helle Fliesen und gute Möblierung tragen zur wohnlichen Atmosphäre ebenso bei wie Klimaanlage, Sonnenschirme- und Liegen. Eine überdachte Sitzgruppe auf der Terrasse macht den Aufenthalt dort bei jedem Wetter möglich, ein Swimmingpool ist ebenfalls vorhanden. In diesem Jahr reise ich zum vierten Mal dorthin. Bis zur Stadt und den Stränden sind es nur ein paar Autominuten. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles um einen schönen entspannten Urlaub zu genießen. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung!

Sehr schönes Urlaubsdomizil

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr sauber und guter Ausblick. Sauberer Pool und gute Verbindung zur Stadt. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist wirklich unglaublich. Wir haben vom 25.07 bis zum 1.08 hier Urlaub gemacht und das Wetter war wirklich gut.

Maison isolée, au calme, dans un agréable cadre de verdure et avec jolie vue sur la mer. Les deux appartements conviennent mieux à deux familles voulant louer une maison commune. Demandez bien à Maurizio si la connexion Wifi fonctionne.

Appartamento nuovo con tutti i confort dotato di una gran bella vista mare, immerso nel verde e nella quiete della natura. 2 minuti di auto dalle spiagge. Il proprietario è stato molto cortese e professionale. Consiglio questa casa a tutti.

Ho trascorso un bel capodanno tra amici in questo nuovo, spazioso e comodo appartamento incastonato tra il verde e il mare, nel silenzio assoluto della natura. L’appartamento ha una bellissima e grande terrazza dove si domina una bellissima vista mare e porto. La casa è dotata di tutti i confort e soprattutto di 2 eleganti bagni-doccia. Peccato che non abbiamo potuto godere della piscina che domina tutta la baia e il porto. Ci riproponiamo di tornare e soprattutto di raccomandarlo a tutti. Il proprietario si è dimostrato molto corretto, efficiente, ospitale e sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza.

A beautiful new house, views sea and the harbour

A beautiful new house with two bathrooms, nestled in the greenery and peaceful. Beautiful views of the sea and the harbour below. Comfortable pool that is always clean. A few minutes drive away, there are several sandy beaches which can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Friendly and professional service from the owner who was always available for every need. Recommended excursions to Sanremo, Alassio, Nice, Menton and Monaco.
