The villa is available all year round, central heating, wheelchair access, Non smoking, situated in a prominent location, surrounded by picturesque olive groves and its own vineyard, where a delicious Vermentino is grown. Located directly beneath the small town of Diano Castello, a small side at about 60 m above sea level. By a private driveway to reach the parking lot located on the premises. At around 250 square meters, the house offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms sufficient for up to 9 people. The high-quality fittings and the modern, clean facility offering everything for the comfort of heart. The surrounding is approximately 10 000 square meter plot of land is terraced and consists of different areas: an old vineyard with old olive and fig trees. The pool is nestled in the sprawling outdoor terrace. Four palms offer protection from the sun. The sea is in sight, the villa is located in proximity to residences Italian family

Es war das perfekte Haus, um eine erholsame Auszeit mit Freunden zu verbringen. Auch wurde drum herum genug geboten, um Ausflüge zu unternehmen – ob wandern oder auch Stadttour durch das wunderschöne Imperia. Wir verbrachten auch eine Menge Zeit im Haus, da der Pool inkl. Aussenbereich genug Platz boten, um zu grillen, gemeinsam zu frühstücken und Gesellschaftsspiele zu spielen. Eins wissen wir bereits jetzt: Wir kommen wieder!

Je tiens à exprimer toute ma gratitude envers Jan pour sa préoccupation constante à ce que notre séjour se passe à merveille. La maison était vraiment magnifique, avec une cuisine parfaitement équipée et un espace piscine des plus agréables. C'était la location idéale pour nos trois familles et notre ami, car nous y étions parfaitement à l'aise. Le seul petit bémol concernait les chiens des environs qui aboyaient de temps en temps, mais cela n'a en rien entaché le plaisir immense que nous avons éprouvé lors de notre séjour dans cet endroit enchanteur.

Fantastische Oase in Ligurien

Wir waren für eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus. 2 Personen Ü- 50 und 8 junge Erwachsene. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen,von A bis Z. Das Haus grosszügig,eine top ausgestattete Küche,grosse Zimmer mit Badezimmer, Umschwung grosszügig und der Pool ein Traum. Jan und seine Frau haben uns herzlich empfangen,die Übergabe, zu Beginn und am Ende der Ferien, war unkompliziert und Jan hat uns beste Tips für Restaurants und Ausgang geheben. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und man kann problemlos bis spät in die Nacht draussen reden,musikhören,spielen und baden. Obwohl wir geplant hatten ein paar Tage ans Meer zu fahren haben wir es nur einmal geschafft denn niemand wollte weg von dem schönen Ort. Jans eigener Wein und Olivenöl schmecken hervorragend. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Ein Traum. Renate,Danny und die Jugend😉

Leuk huis met aangenaam zwembad. Te weinig parasol aan de eetttafel buiten. Een grote tafel onder de pergola zou welkom zijn. Geen kinderbedjes en geen kinderstoel. Bedden in de studio’s zijn te smal voor 2 volwassenen. Betere matras is nodig. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaars. Jan deed alles om het verblijf naar onze zin te maken

Wat een heerlijk huis, kan er weinig slechts over zeggen. Mooie plek, goed huis met ruime keuken en lekker buiten bij de pool. Jan kwam regelmatig checken hoe het ging en was zeer behulpzaam! Zelfs voor tips in de buurt. Ik zou zo weer terug gaan! Dank voor de goede zorgen Jan!

Superbe villa à la hauteur de nos espérances. Très bien équipée. Très propre à notre arrivée. Le propriétaire s'est toujours mis à notre disposition pour honorer la moindre de nos demandes que ce soit pour la maison comme dans la découverte de la région. Nous concernant, il s'est même proposé pour nous réserver des restaurants, taxis.... Il fait d'ailleurs son propre vin que nous vous conseillons. Malgré tout, il a toujours été discret ce qui a permis de nous approprier la villa. C'est comme si nous étions chez nous! Un vrai plus, le jardin où il est possible de se servir en citrons, mandarines, romarin...Je recommande vivement cette location!!!

Oasi di pace per famiglie numerose e gruppi di amici

Bella e spaziosa villa sulle colline di Diano Castello. Ottima la piscina inserita in un bellissimo giardino pianeggiante pieno di piante rigogliose, un vero paradiso verde! La casa ha 3 bagni al piano terreno e altri due nelle due mansarde, per i gruppi numerosi non c'è davvero problema di sovraffollamento. La strada che sale da Diano è a circa un kilometro e la casa è assolutamente tranquilla, nessun rumore dalla strada locale dove praticamente non passa traffico. La villa si trova su un terreno rialzato rispetto al piano stradale e ha quindi una bellissima vista sulle colline e gli uliveti dietro Diano. Le foto non rendono davvero giustizia alla pace e alla tranquillità del posto! La casa arredata con gusto è comoda e fornita di tutto punto e Jan, il proprietario, ha sempre soddisfatto le nostre piccole richieste con efficienza, velocità e simpatia. Assolutamente da consigliare, grazie Jan e alla prossima!

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Wir (9 Personen von 11 bis 88 und ein Hund ) hatten eine perfekte Woche. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen . Ganz klare weiter Empfehlung. Der Kontakt vor und auch während des Urlaubs mit Jan war sehr nett und unkomplizierte . Wenn wir es einrichten können kommen wir sehr gerne wieder

Ein wunderbares Haus in ungestörter Lage. Die gepflegte Gartenanlage und der große Pool suchen Ihresgleichen. Tolles Ferienhaus mit ausgezeichneter Ausstattung bis in die Kleinigkeiten - vom Liegestuhl bis zum Eierbecher. Viel Platz drinnen wie draußen. Erstklassiger und vor allem sehr netter Service durch die Vermieter. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an dieser Stelle!

Beatiful property, almost perfect

We have rented houses in Italy for 15 years, and this property and house is absolutely "on the podium - top three". The beautiful property, the house with all facilities, the outdoor lounge, great pool and not least - very friendly and helpful service. We had a really great stay here for two weeks. Besides perfect relaxmode when in house, by the pool or in the lounge - or having good meals prepared in the great equipped kitchen, the location is close to Diano Marina with great beach, reastaurants, supermarket and a friendly and calm atmosphere. Also small towns around with more uniqe experiences, and the housekeeper gives you all the info you need and also makes reservations for you. Great service. We also did the "must" do trips to Monaco, Nice, Villefranche and San Remo. We recommend to drive the "beachroute" the whole way to Nice. But if in a "hurry" Nice is only 75 mins away on the highway. We had the "almost" perfect two weeks Only a couple things to remark, that would have made the place absolutely perfect. It should have had more sunbeds, a couple more beachtowels, and aircon in the main bedrooms in main apt. But all in all, we loved it, and we all agree that we would like to go back, so the remarks are more to get the full five star "extraordinary" rating, and to give a positive tip to the great and friendly housekeeper.

Tolles Haus

Wir können uns den Berwertungen nur anschließen! Wir (4 Erwachsene und 5 Jugenliche) verbrachten eine tolle Woche in einem wirklich schönen, perfekt ausgestatteten und gepflegten Haus und noch tollerem Außenbereich. Der Vermieter Jan ist ausgespochen freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Traumurlaub

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 9 Personen in der Casa Christina. Das Haus und die Küche ist nicht nur sehr gut ausgestattet, auch das gesammte Ambiente ist hervorragend. Und wenn wir uns mal von dem Traumpool weg bewegen wollten hatten die freundlichen Vermieter eine Menge Tips für Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäften für uns. Kurz gesagt, es war alles perfekt!

Tolles Haus mit Superanlage

Hallo,wir haben uns heute mal Zeit genommen eine Bewertung abzugeben. Wir sind mit 8 Personen(Eltern und 6 Teenager) angereist und haben deshalb noch das kleine Appartement mitgemietet. Wir sind sehr freundlich von den Vermietern empfangen worden. Sie zeigten uns sofort das Haus und die Anlage mit Pool. Wir waren begeistert,es war genauso wie auf den Bildern.Wir haben uns auch sofort wohl gefühlt.Das Haus und die Anlage waren sauber,gepflegt,gräumig und mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Da es sehr warm war,ist der Pool voll in Anspruch genommen worden. Da das Haus etwas abgelegen war, konnten wir so richtig entspannen. Man merkte dass es den Vermietern gelegen war dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Sie waren immer zu erreichen und konnten uns einige Tipps geben wo man gut essen konnte oder wo man die besten Brötchen kaufen konnte. Alles in einem, war es ein schöner und gelungener Urlaub, das Haus und Umgebung ist empfehlenswert.

Super Urlaub in fantastischer Villa

Die Villa mit sehr großem Pool liegt ruhig in herrlicher Lage in den Bergen von Diano Castello. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.Brötchen am besten um 7-8 Uhr holen, dann erlebt man keine Touristen, sondern das wahre Leben im Ort und es gibt noch Parkplätze. Wir sind mit unseren 4 Kindern im Alter von 13-21 angereist. Alle waren begeistert und haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war für jeden etwas da: Ruhe, der tolle Pool mit schönen Liegen und einem Sprungbrett!! (zur Freude der Kinder), eine super ausgestattete Küche, der schnelle Gasgrill und ein sehr guter Wein des Verwalters Jan aus Eigenanbau. Danke noch einmal, er schmeckt gerade wieder :). Den Strand haben wir allerdings in Alassio besucht. Monaco bei Nacht bleibt ebenfalls unvergessen. Es war ein rundrum gelungener Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke für die sehr gute und nette Betreuung und den vielen Tipps.

Wunderschöner erholsamer Traumurlaub

Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos und im Internet beschrieben. Das Haus liegt in einer traumhaften Umgebung, die Umlagen und der Pool, alles super sauber und sehr gepflegt, ideal zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen. Wir haben ein paar Mal gekocht und gegrillt (Gasgrill vorhanden), die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet; es sind reichlich Hand- und Badetücher verfügbar. Der Verwalter ist Deutscher und wohnt nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Er war sehr hilfsbereit und war über Handy auch für jegliche Fragen stets erreichbar. Er hat unsere 3 Kinder (13-21) von Nizza (Flughafen) abgeholt und hingebracht, während wir mit Auto (und 2 Hunden) angereist sind. Auch gab er uns wertvolle Restaurant Tips und hat dort auch gerne für uns reserviert. Zu nennen: 1. Lokale Küche mit einem sehr guten Preis für ein komplettes Top Menue: Ristorante Candidollo in Diano Borello (10 min. mit Auto), 2. Etwas schicker aber absolut top Essen, Service und Aussicht (Preise nicht teurer als vergleichbares bei uns): Ristorante San Giorgio in Cervo Alto (15 min. mit Auto). Vorher auf jeden Fall 60 min. für Cervo selbst einplanen, tollte alte kleine Gassen mit Geschäften und phantastischem Blick aufs Meer. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Diano Marina (ca. 2.5 km) ist sehr (positiv) touristisch, dort findet man alles was man braucht (Shoppen, Essen, Flanieren am Abend, alles sehr schön). Als Ausflugsziele (die wir auch alle besucht haben und wieder besuchen würden) eignen sich Monte Carlo, 80km (Tip: früh, so um 07:30 losfahren, bevor die Touristenmengen anrollen, dann gibt's Stau), Alassio, Laigueglia, Imperia, San Remo. Wir würden dieses Domizil auf jeden Fall unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen und überlegen bereits, evtl. einmal mit diesen zu einer anderen Jahreszeit wiederzukommen. Der selbstgemachte Weiß- und Rotwein ist sehr lecker und auch zu empfehlen. Uns allen hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden sofort wieder dorthin fahren!
