This property is located in Hacienda Elviria, located very conveniently at walking distance to Elviria´s amenities and even the beach could be reached by foot (15 minutes walk).



The spacious apartment has two bedroom suites, a large lounge, luxurious kitchen and very generous south facing terrace. It is furnished to a very high standard and comes equiped with ADSL internet (wifi) connection.



The complex has beatifully landscaped gardens with a very pivate pool area. A great family location.



Elviria is a great family area with many top class facilities. It has the best beaches of Marbella and some top golf courses. Also it is home to the famous Nikki beach club and the five star hotels Don Carlos and Estrella del Mar.

Nice and comfortable appartments for the family. Just rent a car.

Very nice, well equipped apartments with a large terrace. Terrace also well-furnished and even have a barbecue. Kitchen has enough space and necessary equipment. You do not have the sea view but the surrounding buildings and garden is quite comfortable. The pool is 3 minutes from the apartments, clean and big enough. Strongly recommended to have a car - in this case a nice beach is 4-5 minutes from Hcienda Elviria, supermarket and food court - 3 minutes. Steven - supervisor of the apartments is very friendly and helpful, and his English is perfect (that&#39s a bit rare case in Spane).

Good Apartment & Location, but …

We liked the apartment, location, the pool and the estate Their owner was there when we arrived but could have spent more time explaining the apartment facilities (eg air conditioning, TV streaming and networks, etc) as well as the things he knew were not right (cracked cooker Hob glass, mould on door of fridge, torn throws on patio bed, main bedroom curtain hanging down, etc . Instead we were expected to report these things as part of ‘the checking in process’ … not acceptable. And ‘the checking in process’ only allowed 2 submissions so unable to report some / all of the items. Also, the single-beds in bedroom 2 were so narrow that they were almost unusable. This said, we enjoyed our week and given the above items being resolved, we would stay again.

Stille og rolig område. Nydelig basseng og herlig uteplass. Brukte mye penger på taxi, litt langt fra sentrum. Restauranter i gå avstand, men litt kjedelig utvalg.

Muy espaciosa. Muy buen ubicada. Bastante limpia. Es una urbanización muy tranquila. En general todo muy bien. Pero aunque ponía que había sábanas. En las camas solo había funda de almohada y sábanas bajeras. A modo de las sábanas encimeras se puso la funda del edredón y no cubría bien. El resto casi perfecto.
